Bought fight from DAZN and now they are taking monthly payments from me, managed to cancel subscription that I didn’t agree to but won’t refund me the £25.00

Avevamo sottoscritto DAZN pagando 9,99€ al mese, esclusivamente per vedere una squadra.Dopo un anno, ci siamo ritrovati con il rinnovo automatico a 29,99 € al mese: praticamente il triplo. Trovo questo comportamento vergognoso e profondamente scorretto. Un aumento del 200%sono condizioni completamente diverse.La cosa che lascia più amareggiati è che il rinnovo automatico porta avanti il contratto come se nulla fosse, mentre il cliente si ritrova a pagare una cifra molto alta. Un modo di fare che dà davvero la sensazione di voler approfittare della disattenzione del cliente,
.Per quanto mi riguarda questa esperienza, la fiducia in DAZN è completamente venuta meno.
Non è questo il modo in cui si fidelizza un cliente.

The dazn apps are terrible. The amount of fights I've watched and PPV I've paid for only for the stream to constantly buffer, go blank, and now it's got even worse the Xbox series X app doesn't even load the fight just stays on a buffering screen, the tablet app is no better the only app that works is the phone so I have to cast it to my Tele. I've got full fibre broadband, a brand new tablet and a Xbox series x this is appalling. All other TV apps work fine. So I'm cancelling and will just watch the fights on YouTube a week later at least the YouTube Xbox app works

Don't subscribe. I did because they said they had live and exclusive content in my country. After signing up, no such content could be found. After a week of chasing, they said they don't have content and it was a typo claiming they did. Eventually secured a refund.

Fatta disdetta in data 06/06/2026 quindi nessun rinnovo al MyClubPass, inoltre in chat alla richiesta di offerte, un paio di giorni fa, mi è stato detto che non ci sono offerte e confermato la mia disdetta fatta correttamente. Oggi mi viene fatto un addebito di €29.99 dove a loro dire senza prove ho mail di conferma da parte mia ( cosa che io sia invece posso dimostrare) mi dicono che ho rinnovato in data 3 agosto. Mi dispiace ma le scorrettezze non mi piacciono. Mi rivolgerò con effetto immediato a concilaweb. Vediamo se è come dicono loro!!!

Questa promo full mobile a 19,99 è estrememante furba. La maggioranza degli amanti di calcio preferisce vedere le partite in tv. Loro giocano bene perché non hanno concorrenti tv per far vedere la serie A. La trappola dei "30 giorni di preavviso": Anche se l'offerta Mobile viene pubblicizzata "senza vincoli di permanenza", le regole di disdetta obbligano a pagare un preavviso di 30 giorni. Questo significa che se decidi di disdire a metà mese, pagherai comunque la mensilità successiva per intero.Non va bene,in un paese, come l'Italia, dove le famiglie fanno fatica a fare la spesa e a pagare le bollette.

Abbonato dal 2022, mi vedo aumentare da 46€ (l'anno prima 38€)a 62€ il piano Family...un servizio scandaloso che purtroppo è unico per via del monopolio che hanno....la pirateria uccide il calcio dicevano.....e DAZN che fa?

vorrei se possibile mettere meno di una stella. Un servizio truffaldino e incurante delle richieste del cliente. Nel mio caso avevo in scadenza l'abbonamento full con pagamento in unica soluzione al costop di €679,00 avevo segnalato la disdetta e mi era apparso un messaggio che mi proponeva €329,00. A questo punto ho rinnovato ma, forse sbagliando qualche passaggio, mi vedo addebitare €379,00. Ovviamente tutta la interlocuzione con l'assistenza non ha prodotto un rimborso ma ha solo aumentato la mia senzazione di essere stato raggirato da una pubblicità ingannevole e truffaldina.

I signed up for a one off single fight and then found myself being charged for a monthly subscription the following month. DAZN are a complete scam, do not wastes your money. They will take a DD from you account that following month! Daylight robbery!!!!

If I could give a minus score I would. I was charged without ever signing up to this. TOTAL SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible. Falta de claridad en los servicios y planes de suscripcion que ofrecen. Hice la compra de una unica mensualidad y me estan cobrando ya dos. No dan solucion. FATAL!

chiedo di disdire il mio abbonamento , insistono come mai voglio disdire , dopo che ho fatto presente che l’abbonamento per me è troppo caro .

Just a reminder to everyone who feels let down by DAZN payment plans. If paying by debit card contact your bank to chase the illicit payment. I was reimbursed within 2 weeks or so after disputing their terms etc. Good Luck and don’t use again!

Absolutely terrible customer service. They don't give you any heads up that they are about to restart your service they just charge your credit card and if you message them 2 minutes after they charge your credit card stating you have not used the service nor do you want their service they say tough luck we aren't refunding you even thought it's very evident you have not used the service because it's been 2 minutes. Appalling service. Any other subscription tv company wouldn't bat an eye and would issue a refund immediately to show good faith. This company took 6 days for a supervisor to even reach out just to say no, we realize you aren't using the service and we don't care that you had no idea we were going to charge your credit card 6 months after your subscription ended the first time.

Pay £25 a month for the subscription just for all the fights to freeze and buffer like it’s on a dodgy firestick. Would not recommend what so ever you’d be better buying a dodgy firestick and watching it on that wouldn’t freeze as much

Do not sign up for anything or watch a fight as you will be charged a monthly subscription for a year and will be unable to cancel! Scam company. Watch boxing elsewhere unless you are happy paying £24.99 a month for something you dont use.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering DAZN to read the cancellation policy very carefully before signing up.

Unlike many subscription services that let you cancel at the end of your current billing period, DAZN requires you to give 30 days’ notice to cancel. If you don’t realize this, you’ll be charged for an additional month even if you intended to stop your subscription immediately. I found this policy frustrating and felt it wasn’t made clear enough during the sign-up process.

The streaming service itself may work well for some people, but the cancellation policy left a very negative impression. Make sure you understand exactly what you’re agreeing to so you don’t end up paying for an extra month like we did.

I won’t be subscribing again because of this experience.

DO NO HIRE. To sign up its a 5 second process. To cancel, you need to contact them through phone or chat, and they do not answer. Completely unacceptable por a company this size. Very very frustrating process.

DAZN subscription is a disgrace. I have now been signed up to 2 subscription in one year which I never signed up for.
DAZN YOU ARE A DISGRACE
