I don't know how they got my e-mail address but they keep spamming me. I've been getting an e-mail every 2 days. I've never signed up for something or whatever. I hoped they would be smart enough to stop emailing me if I don't answer. But they even get more aggressive it seems.

No I've never used any of your products and its not a newsletter or anything. It is one of your employees who keeps emailing me to talk to her. I can't unsubscribe to people harassing me through email.

This company is sending out unsolicited spam emails to random personal email accounts. I had 3 emails over the weekend directly from their Director of Partnerships for privateproxy.me - I have no connection or business with this company yet they spam me with offers. This spammy marketing tactic shows just how desperate they are for money, obviously struggling. If i receive more unwanted contacts from this company I will escalate further.

If this had been your response from the beginning, rather than trying to have my genuine review removed, I likely would have considered removing or updating it. Given the time I have had to waste getting a verified review reinstated twice, I will be leaving it up.

To clarify, the “more information” requested from me was either impossible or unreasonable to provide.

You asked for a reference number, but no reference number was included in the unsolicited emails, so I could not possibly provide one. You also asked for my mobile number, which is not relevant to investigating unsolicited email contact and is not something I would provide to a company that had already contacted me without consent. The only genuinely relevant item requested was my email address.

It is also worth pointing out that you were still able to identify the outreach, admit it came from your company, and confirm that my address had been removed from future contact. That makes the suggestion that no action could be taken without the other details rather questionable.

Regarding the privacy point, I have not republished the individual’s name here. However, it does seem selective to raise privacy concerns about someone whose name and job title were used in unsolicited commercial emails sent to people with no prior connection to your company. The privacy of the people receiving those emails appears to have been given far less consideration.

This review was challenged and had to be reinstated more than once. That is why I described it as an attempt to remove a genuine review. Had your original response simply acknowledged the issue and confirmed removal from future contact, this likely would have ended there.

EXCELENTE, RAPIDO E EFICIENTE

I first stumbled apon this site via a sponsored google ad. so it being a google ad i thought i would google its name and trustpilot reviews. now when i saw how many possitive reviews they have i though damn this has got to be a scam. but for the price i though heck for under 5 euros a residential proxie where as most other sites charge you a full blown vpn service and then the dedicated ip costs more often allot more. so i thought i would give them a try. at first i had some problems following there tutorial on the website to set it up in chrome. so i got in contact with support what had already contacted me asking if i had any problems and if i needed any help. so after reaching out they must of helps me for a fair few messages and multiple people did help and try to help but the one that hit the hammer on the nail and got it spot on got me a vpn/proxie blokker proof residentual ip address connected directly into my browser the person who helpt the most was Fita she was a support manager and helpt so much ! got it fixed and up and working. so i must say i'm well impressed by this sites customer support because they really stuck too it helping me. now the real challange will be when i buy 20 ip's later this year haha :D but so far i'm well well well impressed and keep it up to the whole team over at privateproxy

I had an issue with my initial IP, but Taras resolved it immediately. He replaced it with a high-quality one within minutes. No hassle at all. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!
