Its a slick outfit and they appear to do everything professionally but I found the actual results to be pretty pointless. There is no smoking gun to your ailment. Basically, I can save everyone £250: don't have any dairy or nuts for six months.

Useful discussion regarding different foods to avoid and gradually reintroduction of them after 6 months. There were types of foods causing problems that I was unaware of and I now know to avoid them.
I was recommended to your company & have been impressed by the responses I have received.

I had post-results consultation with the nutritionist Angelina and she went above and beyond to listen to my concerns, she advised me the best way to go about my condition. I explained how my symptoms were not often inline with your typical food intolerance and she even went out her way to help me with that. I paid £183 for a Supply Life food intolerance test because I was experiencing bloating. My results came back 99% green, what a waste of money. Wellness algorithms have a lot to answer for!

I subsequently received a £120 partial refund after a conversation with the founder, who told me that being on HRT excludes me from taking the test. This had not been made clear to me before purchasing. Had it been, I would never have spent £183 on the test in the first place.

I was told I would be sent evidence showing where this HRT exclusion is communicated to customers. It doesn’t exist. I emailed on 6 August, followed up again on 20 August and have also left a voicemail. I have given the company plenty of opportunity to clarify this and still haven't received the information.

For women in particular, I think this is important. Hormonal changes, menopause and bloating unfortunately often come in the same box, and many women experiencing these symptoms will also be taking HRT.

While I appreciate the £120 refund, knowing what I know now, I should have received a full refund or, more importantly, never have purchased the test in the first place.
