Then when I got my balance up to $600 I thought that's enough, I'll be happy with a $100 win. Not so for Spirit. I have uploaded documents over and over and over. Only to be told that documents were rejected, although they are the ones they are requesting. I have repeatedly told them that I am working from a laptop and NOT a phone, therefore I would not be able to take a pic of my license, only upload it. They would NOT accept it. I am a senior, play for entertainment, but this is NOT fun. I can't believe they are denying an old lady $100. Shame on them!
Insofar as their response below: They allowed me to register on my laptop, they allowed me to deposit 5 times on my laptop, they allowed me to play on my laptop, yet now only documents sent via my phone are verifiable. I have told them repeatedly, my phone is not capable of downloading apps! There has been over 40 emails exchanged. Nothing.

I had a promotion available for 100% deposit bonus, it was available in the promotions tab and under my vip section. I made the required deposit and was then told the bonus was not available to me. If certain promotions are available for certain people they should not be in everyones promotions tab.When i spoke to the chat agents they gave me two different reasons i did not receive bonus.

Signed up and made several deposits when I won and made a withdrawal I had gone through the verification process which had been declined. Reached out to customer support team and they said exactly the same thing as the last person which was it is with the department that deals with it. Not really efficient and so it forced me to reverse the withdrawal only to spend it back to the casino. In my opinion not a good site to use. Unfortunately a real dodgy bunch. There was a 2 for 1 bonus where by depositing $45 you got a silver wheel spin straight away then a second the next day. Literally don’t think I won a spin that was more then my bet amount for the whole playing down of the deposit. Then of course I won the lowest prize possible which was 10x .20 cent spins. Of course they advertse you can win thousands, which I’m sure is True. Point being my deposit and bonus rtp was absolutely in dumps.
But most importantly and I don’t want this to be outshined by the above because this part is a lot easier to approve.
They haven’t add d my wheel spin for the second lot and their live chat has all of a sudden stopped working, when I go to press start chat nothing happens; they have removed the hyperlink and won’t respond to emails, but when I opened the chat without logging in it worked perfectly fine however there is no option to go down that allows you to actually speak with anyone. Just redirected to logging in.
My thoughts are just why? Like you could’ve just plummeted my rtp like the first time. However if you did that option you probably know for sure I wouldn’t return to deposit. But if you do this and I forget about the second spin then I might return. Idk? But real shady move.
