Steve Moore, a former fish merchant, came up with the idea to turn the incredible benefits of fish into treats that dogs would love. From there, Skipper's was born and now, with over 100 years of combined team experience, we take pride in becoming the UK's largest and most experienced manufacturer of fish-based dog treats.

How We Do It
Our process is unique. As most of our treats only contain a single ingredient, the fresh ingredients are delivered to our factory, hand-crafted into different shapes and sizes, and gently air-dried with our carefully refined drying technique. Finally, they're packed into bags and sent straight to your doorstep!

Would be 5 stars if not as expensive.
I started buying fish skins for my 7 year old cockerpoo around 5 years ago to help with her teeth and coat as advertised. I have bought all the skin products and sprats. With the mighty bars i break into 3 because of the size. All the products i have bought she loves and she waits at the cupboard every day for her treat. The down side for me is they are quite expensive I spend over £400 a year at skippers and that is always when there is 20%off but they used to give you 50% discount for you to recommended a friend who received 30% when they start buying however that stopped this year and you only receive points which you can cash in but you need alot of points just for free delivery so not really worth recommending. I'm sure that the skins are a bi- product of the fish but maybe the process and drying in the factory is expensive 🤔. The delivery service is quick however i buy in bulk as there shelf life is always over a couple of years and you have to spend over a certain amount to get free delivery.

Skipper's pet products are fantastic. Their website is easy to navigate. My dogs love the products, especially the fish skin fingers. Their teeth are whiter and their coats are lovely and soft. I would definitely recommend Skipper's.
