Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I really felt heard and like they genuinely cared about helping me.

My advice to anyone new is just to give it some time. Organic growth obviously doesn’t happen overnight like bots or paid followers can, so be patient and let it work.

Also, I’d recommend checking in with your growth manager every now and then. It helps to stay connected and make sure you’re both on the same page.

I had so many questions and Alex was so helpful in answering all of them, and some of them were really in-depth and required a lot of typing, which he was ever so patient and kind the whole time while answering them (for free!) He didn't have to answer with as much depth as he did, especially as it was time-consuming and he probably could've spent that time helping other clients, but Alex really took the time to help me and explain things in a way that I could understand.
