Like the below review I have been left high and dry. Constant tracking which leads to know where. No product and been given the run around. Can’t use an OMBUSMAN as they aren’t registered. Very. Very very upset.

Ordered a product over a month ago. Keep getting tracking updates every few days for the last few weeks saying the product has shipped and arrived at the destination but still no sign of it. When I chase up customer services for an update with specific questions I get an AI generated response which doesnt address my questions. I am now questioning the legitimacy of this site.

Great website easy to use looking forward to using these unique lights

I love that the designs don't need a huge room to look good. My apartment isn't very big and the piece still adds character without taking over the space.

Awful company NOT based in the Netherlands like it says on the website. Is a chines factory. Been nearly 2 months and still haven’t received my item! Save you money and go to a legitimate website

Easy ordering experience and the tracking worked well. The product arrived in great condition and looks much better in the room than the empty space I had before.

Do not use this company…. They are scammers. They took my money twice and denied it. When it has quite clearly come out of my bank account. The lights i ordered were rubbish and you cant get an address for the return. Nightmare to deal with!

I'm pretty selective about what I put in my home because I prefer keeping things simple. The item I chose adds enough detail without making the room feel crowded. It arrived securely packed and the finish looks good up close as well.

Impossible to get refund and return an item. Never reply to emails, no phone number and they just say

"Thank you so much for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear you’re considering a return. I’d love to understand a little more about what is wrong so we can find the best solution together.

Could you please let us know the reason for your return request? Sometimes we’re able to offer an exchange, adjustment, or even a goodwill solution without you needing to send the item back."

They never reply!

I like home decor that feels calm rather than busy and that's what drew me to this shop. The piece I chose has a simple look but still makes the room feel more finished. I would definitely order again when I start working on my bedroom.

Shipping took a little longer than I first thought but I always knew where the parcel was because the tracking kept updating. It arrived safely and the quality made me very happy with the purchase.

This company is not worth the hassle. I was sent the wrong item, told I had to pay for the return if I wanted a refund. Now they are just ignoring emails. No contact number to call them. Cheap stock sent straight from China that I expect they never see at any stage. Doesn't match the descriptions and is completely over charged for.

Really slow dispatch and regular emails at unsociable hours. Won't be using again
