I am a notary signing agent. I did a signing for them on May 13 and I have spoke with them multiple times because they still have not paid me for doing notary signings for them. I have spoke with their accounting department Farannah and she has multiply times lied to me, saying the money was sent. Then she even went to the extreme of saying somebody sent an email from my email with a different Cash App account. I had it ran through the computer and it was a lie she copied and pasted it into it. As of today, August 9, I still have not been paid for my services. They expect people to work for them for free, which is highly illegal. if you are a notary signing agent do not work with this company they will not pay you.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I encountered repeated delays, inaccurate Affidavits of Service that required corrections, poor communication, and unexpected fee issues. I also felt pressured to leave a positive review before receiving the completed affidavit. Because this involved a time-sensitive court matter, these mistakes created unnecessary stress. I recommend carefully reviewing all documents and confirming all terms in writing before using this company.

I hired this company to serve legal documents in a time-sensitive Supreme Court matter where accuracy was essential. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by repeated mistakes, delays, poor communication, and unnecessary stress.

I clearly explained that my case involved court deadlines and confirmed the details before hiring them. Despite this, I experienced confusion regarding scheduling and later had to spend considerable time following up to obtain my Affidavit of Service.

When I finally received the affidavit, it contained errors that required corrections, including inaccurate information. Court documents signed under penalty of perjury should be carefully reviewed for accuracy before being sent to clients.

The most concerning part of my experience was that I understood I was being asked to leave a positive review before receiving the company’s Affidavit of Service. I preserved a recording of that conversation because I found the request inappropriate. In my opinion, clients should never feel pressured to post favorable reviews in order to receive documents they have already paid for.

I also felt pressured to pay additional fees beyond what I originally agreed to, even though I believed the issues arose from the company’s own handling of my service request. That experience left me with the impression that customer service was not the priority.

Because this was an active court case, every delay and every error mattered. I had to carefully review the company’s work myself, identify mistakes, and request corrections to documents that should have been accurate from the outset.

If you choose to use this company, I strongly recommend that you:

* Confirm all pricing and services in writing before paying.
* Review every affidavit and court document carefully before filing.
* Keep records of all communications.
* Follow up promptly if promised documents are delayed.

Ike was very helpful and quick to respond. My only issue is he quoted me 100 dollars and he charged me 150 dollars

I was looking on line for a professional process server to serve documents in an on going matter held at The Los Angeles superior courthouse in California. When I came across The Opal group, I made an inquiry to which they promptly responded to by email and text which was greatly appreciated as I was running low on the timing to have these documents served , the cost of service was very reasonable and the payment process was easy. They were able to locate everyone who needed to be served on the first attempt, and filed a proof of service with the court in a timely manner. The Opal group remained professional and proactive and stayed in communication with me and guided me through each step. My overall experience with the Opal Group was very positive, I definitely recommend and will continue to use them in future.
