Sehr teuer. Ok die Verbindung zu tradingview direkt ist ok. Aber die anzahl Tokens per Monat hab ich beim Ultimat an 1 Tag verbraucht. Die Strategien waren bis jetzt alle überoptimiert. Für mich ist das Angebot zu teuer. Ich komme günstiger mit Tradingview, MT5 und einem normalen KI Abo.

The second year of auto renew turned into $479.88 approximately a 54% increase.
Did they make the customer aware of the increase before the auto renew, absolutely not . No refunds no cancellations. “Sorry ,that’s our policy” is all they have to say. Don’t be fooled. Save your money.

My LuxAlgo Ultimate subscription was automatically renewed for $899.85, including VAT. I contacted support immediately on the same day and explained that I had not been trading or using their indicators for a long time and had not used the renewed subscription.

LuxAlgo refused both a full refund and my proposed compromise of keeping the subscription at the previous annual price and refunding only the difference. Instead, they offered me a 50% discount on another renewal in 2027, even though I clearly stated that I no longer use the service.

I understand that automatic renewal is mentioned in their terms, but I am extremely disappointed that they showed no flexibility despite being contacted immediately and despite the renewed service not being used.

Customers should carefully check their renewal settings because the renewal price can be substantially higher than the introductory price.

Rodrigo was friendly, helpful, and fast in solving my problem.

Phoenix is a cool cat. Very responsive and provide good information.

I’ve dealt with plenty of customer support over the years, but Phoenix genuinely deserves recognition. The level of patience, professionalism, and attention given to my questions was outstanding.

What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was receiving rushed or scripted responses. Phoenix took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied before moving on. That kind of support makes a massive difference, especially when dealing with trading tools where having things explained properly really matters.

Lux Algo already has an impressive product, but having people like Phoenix behind it takes the whole experience to another level. Excellent communication, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.

I had a question about my subscription period and future renewals, and Rodrigo and Micky were very patient and helpful throughout the process.

They took the time to review my account, clearly explain how my prepaid subscription periods are handled, and confirm the coverage in writing. What I appreciated most was their honest guidance—they did not simply give a quick answer, but explained what I should and should not do to avoid affecting my existing access.

It is impossible to cancel your subscription once they have your banking details. I have cancelled online and sent 4 emails. It is no use you have a good product but your administration is unacceptable.

Absolut sturer Support. Abo wurde um ein Jahr verlängert obwohl ich gekündigt hatte. Natürlich sind sie andere Meinung. Habe sofort am ersten Tag, also nicht erst Tage später, mich beim Support gemeldet. Keine Chance. Auch kein Kompromiss, wie Umstellung auf monatliches Abo war möglich. Nein ich darf jetzt 12 Monate weiter zahlen. Mal sehen ob sie nächstes Jahr wieder abbuchen. Für mich reine Abzocke.

Great experience with LuxAlgo and, especially, with their customer support. Luis was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. He was patient, professional, and took the time to guide me through everything I needed to know and helped me access and navigate the platform.

LuxAlgo has a lot of great indicators, tools, and features, and it’s easy to see why it’s such a popular platform among traders. My trading partner uses it frequently, and I can definitely understand the appeal.

Even though I ultimately decided it wasn’t the right fit for me personally, I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service. Louis was helpful, responsive, and made the entire process easy and hassle-free.
