Some idiot shoved 16 large balls of yarn in a single postal pack. The pack burst in shipping, two balls are missing, and the rest are filthy and frayed. Next to impossible to reach the company, who say they hope to get back to me in 5-8 days!

UPDATE: I was able to reach them at 1am, through live chat. They're sending out a replacement order immediately. So I've given them two more stars for that, but the company needs to pack their items much better than they do. There needs to be less shoved in each pack, and the yarn should be protected inside. I'd rather pay more for shipping/handling than receive a completely unusable mess.

The whole process of ordering is easy and efficient and the communication and customer service is excellent. Went above and beyond to assist me.

I highlighted a problem with the new website in that I was trying to download two patterns off the free pattern webpage.
On contacting the help team I was informed they were aware of the problem and helped me to download the ones I wanted.
The response from the team was fast and efficient and they dealt with the problem.
I would have no problems recommending Lovecraft and I will continue to interact with the website and the company for my wool supplies.

Beautiful patterns and many are free. For someone on a very tight budget, these free patterns have kept me sane and fed. The help team is just as awesome, even if it took longer, they kept me updated. The free patterns just shows me that LoveCrafts has a fantastic relationship with the designers out in the crafting world. Thank you, is all this old lady can say. I love Lovecrafts. The website is easy to use. The staff are always there to help and support their customers. Delivery is fast and efficient. The yarn is beautiful to.

Love the website. Excellent products which are good value for money. Helpful and prompt customer services. I’m so hooked on crocheting currently.

I have made several orders in the past, LoveCrafts have acknowledged and sent the orders in very good time.
I had a digital glich at my end with my last order sent a message and they responded immediately enabling me to sort it out, well done LoveCrafts.

I erroneously ordered the wrong colour batch of Paintbox Aran and Lovecrafts sorted the problem very efficiently and quickly refunded my card payment - excellent service as always

Ordering is very easy and delivery is superfast. Always happy with the quality of the wool.
On my last order the parcel went to my old address - this was totally my fault for not checking when I placed the order. Got in contact with customer service who immediately sent out a new package to me.
When things go wrong you can always tell if its a good company that values & treats its customers. On that note, can say Lovecrafts is an excellent company to buy from and highly recommend to other buyers.

I've shopped at LoveCrafts for a while and I've never been disappointed in the products and delivery time (very quick).

I recently had to contact customer services due to a Web error and they were very helpful.

I first used web chat and the issue couldn't be resolved immediately but the customer service operator (Julie) made sure to contact me via email the next day, resolved my issue and even let me know that IT had sorted the Web error in the background.

Great communication, lovely friendly service and immediate resolution. Excellent customer service!

Lovecrafts are a first class company. I ordered and paid for a pdf of a pattern but an error message appeared. I contacted Lovecrafts & I received a reply to say the site was being updated and a copy of my pattern immediately arrived with an apology.

I think the site recently underwent a refurb which resulted in my downloaded pattern being inaccessible! I was in the middle of my project so this was really frustrating. I logged a complaint and was advised it could take up to 8 days to receive a reply! But I got a response within 2 days and the issue was resolved. I was pleased with the reply and the speed of the response

I had a little trouble at first opening the pattern file. The team dealt with my query with great efficiency & care - all sorted & “ready to go”very quickly- highly recommend,

I ordered yarn that never arrived, not due to the company error but to the shipping company they used (Amazon Logistics is very unreliable in my community). After several emails back and forth with customer service, it was determined that the order was indeed lost and LoveCrafts reissued my order and it is now being sent by USPS. It is due to arrive in another three days. The customer service was outstanding. I have bought a few digital patterns from them, but this was the first yarn I bought. I am very pleased with the customer service. They are great to work with.

I recommend this company as the service was excellent. When ringing up to add to my online order they made the process so easy. Postage was fast too.

The yarns are great, BUT if uou need customer service... forget it!!!! Getting them to reply to your query is almost impossible and weeks later, I'm still waiting for resolution. This is really disappointing because I like the yarns.

My package arrived safely and in one piece - Thank God!
I very much appreciated that special care was given to my order when it was packed for shipment.
More times than not, my packages get damaged in shipment either because they are not adequately packaged, and then during shipment, they are thrown around and arrive half opened and the boxes crushed in numerous places. UPS is notorious for this! Shipping the parcels via Amazon lessens the occurrence of the damage, I have noticed.
That is a huge relief for me especially if I spent a lot of money on an order.
