Excellent service
Excellent service, delivery was great and when I found I should have gone for the extra firm mattress they exchanged it with no questions asked.
Now I have the extra firm which is very good. The only thing is I was obviously used to a really firm bed and I don’t really find this one is that firm, probably just me!

Until Otty stop using DX for delivery I’m just not going to bother. We have had an Otty for 8 years, so was time to get another. But in classic DX style, they arrange a date and time slot, don’t turn up, don’t answer the phone and then pick another random slot a week later. Every time this happens, with another company they didn’t turn up 3 times in a row and we ended up getting 3 of the same item, but 2 months later!

Absolutely love this mattress
Absolutely love this mattress! It’s incredibly supportive and comfortable. Within a week of sleeping on our new Otty mattress my back pain was all but gone. Another huge benefit is how cool the bed felt during this summer’s heatwave. We woke up feeling refreshed.
After having a Simba mattress for the last 10 years I can honestly say this is a vast improvement.
The delivery was great. The delivery guys carried the mattress upstairs and left it in the bedroom. Once opened I was surprised by how little ‘new mattress smell’ there was. We resisted temptation and left the mattress to settle for 72 hours before sleeping on it.
Would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone. It seems incredible value for money.

Shocking warranty evasion – do not trust the 10-year guarantee!
If you are thinking of buying an Otty mattress because of their 10-year warranty, please look elsewhere. My mattress developed a severe structural defect, and dealing with their customer service has been an absolute nightmare.They deliberately drag out the process by repeatedly asking for the exact same information and countless pictures over and over again. After jumping through all of their hoops, they issued an incredibly bad response and denied the claim entirely. Their excuse? Multiple cosmetic stains and claiming the mattress hadn't been rotated enough. A surface stain does not cause a mattress to structurally collapse. They are simply using unscrupulous warranty clauses as loopholes to avoid replacing defective products. This is an appalling way to treat customers who have paid hundreds of pounds for a premium product. Avoid this company if you expect any form of customer protection or aftercare.

We are sorry that you are disappointed with the outcome of your guarantee claim, but we feel it is important to clarify why the claim was declined.
The claim was not rejected because of a few minor cosmetic stains. The photographs provided showed significant staining and discolouration across virtually the entire exposed surface of the mattress. The original blue colour of the mattress material was clearly visible only in the areas that had been protected by the pillows.
Our guarantee terms require mattresses to be maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
There was also a separate issue regarding mattress care. Our terms require the mattress to be rotated head-to-toe monthly during the first 12 months and every three months thereafter. During our conversation, you initially advised us that the mattress had been rotated approximately every six months.
The images you provided clearly show the mattress has not been rotated at all in 6 years sleeping on the mattress.
Regular rotation is important to distribute wear evenly and prevent the same areas being subjected to continuous loading.
We also reject the suggestion that we deliberately prolonged your claim. The photographs and information requested were necessary to assess the alleged defect and condition of a mattress that had been in use for a number of years.
Having reviewed all the evidence provided, we were not satisfied that the deterioration represented a qualifying manufacturing defect covered by our guarantee. For these reasons, a replacement was declined.

I bought their pillow as a side sleeper…
I bought their pillow as a side sleeper following recommendations I saw online. I really wanted it to work but within a month or so the foam contents crushed down so that there was no longer the correct support. I know have to use another pillow to give the support my neck needs.

Easy order and delivery process..no…
Easy order and delivery process..no problems. The mattress is good quality and as described. Only problem is, my husband is finding the mattress a bit too firm. I love it but he is feeling stiff in the morning. I bought a mattress topper but that's not helping. Will persevere a few more weeks and hope he gets used to it.
