Garbage! Don't waste your money! Jewelry is not good quality and customer service just ignores you. Terrible company!

Ho comprato da questo negozio tramite catawiki.com. l'ordine non è mai stato spedito. Nessuna risposta ai messaggi fino alla cancellazione dell'ordine da parte del sito e sono stato rimborsato. Al che il venditore mi scrive chiedendo di cancellare il feedback negativo e che era stato lui ad annullare l'ordine e a rimborsarmi. Veramente vergognoso!!

I ordered a necklace from JewelrySeven, and I was honestly impressed with the quality. The item looked exactly like the pictures, and delivery was quicker than expected. Packaging was also very nice and felt premium.

Purchased jewellery advertised as "non-tarnish" and suitable for everyday wear. Unfortunately, multiple pieces tarnished and lost their colour after only 3 to 4 wears.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that because more than 14 days had passed since delivery, no refund or replacement would be offered. My concern was not that I had changed my mind about the product, but that it failed to perform as advertised.

I asked the company to explain how jewellery marketed as non-tarnish could deteriorate after only a handful of wears and requested a manager review the issue. Instead, I received repeated responses referring to their 14-day policy and suggesting external factors may have caused the tarnishing, without addressing the non-tarnish claim itself.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and the handling of my complaint. I would not purchase again based on this experience.

I purchased 2 cloverleaf necklaces and 6 bracelets. The rose gold bracelet is shorter than the other bracelets and 2 of the bracelets are defective. The clasp does not open and close. I emailed customer service and was told to send a picture of the rose gold bracelet and a video of the bracelets with the clasp issue. I received an email stating that they cannot tell if there is an issue with the clasp. As a company why not ask for the items to be returned so you can determine if there is an issue. The rose gold bracelet, I was told to align the bracelet and gently pull rather than twist…I do not see where this would make the bracelet longer and I’m not going to break the bracelet. This is very unprofessional and disappointing that a company will not stand by their own product!!

Company states 5-7 business days delivery to the uk I've been waiting over two weeks the website delivery time scale is very misleading.

Not only received the wrong item, the item was also unwearable as faulty clasp prevented it from opening to wear. Customer service was awful with obviously purposeful delay tactics to trying force the problem unresolved past return time along with the audacity to argue the item was the correct item sent based on warehouse word of mouth when it was very clearly not the correct item from the photos I provided compared to their adverted images on website of what ordered. Glad I purchased using PayPal and they resolved this scam because it was evident this company profit is reliant on scamming people. Would strongly advice no one to buy from them as their advertising of items may look appealing but the images do not match the products they send.

Wish id never ordered from this company. Items look nice,however TWO different sets plus an additional necklace were all sent in the same gift box which makes it very difficult to give to different people as gifts, as id intented. When looking at the items the necklace had been sent in gold when I ordered silver. Emailed J7 asking to return , was told I need to send photos of the items PLUS a photo of the original packaging so they can review the warehouse packaging info....not my problem!! That's for J7 to look into, I just want rhe address to return. When I said I don't have the packaging, they emailed back saying "Without the parcel label information, unfortunately we are unable to continue the verification process with the warehouse team."....I actually don't care! I pointed out their Returns Policy on their website says NOTHING about having to retain packaging. I've asked again for the return address, as I'm going on holiday in two days and by the time I come back it'll be after thr 14 days to return. I feel like they're deliberately stalling me and putting up unnecessary obstacles. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Money came out account and didn’t receive confirmation. Had no order! No one will reply. Website is a scam

They are a big lie. I wear my bracelet since 2 weeks and it’s looking already used. They write “last for a lifetime” this is a fraud. They ask for a review very fast after delivery I know now why… they don’t last a month beautiful, only a few weeks 😂

Order arrived clasps would not open on 2 of my items asked for proof with photos and videos for there quality control and so they are aware. Did do and asked for replacement replaced arrived but same fault. No checks could have been made . Was asked to sent a video again like not believed. Didn’t want to have to do that again as quite tricky on my own with a clasp and phone . Felt dud believed . They fave me an address to send back at my own expense . No thanks

Took about two weeks to arrive and when they finally came they looked great. About a month later all the pieces were already tarnished and turning orange/brass colored. I reached out to customer service and they said the pieces actually aren’t waterproof and tarnish free like advertised. Then stated since it’s after the 14 day return policy they won’t help me.

Order never turned up, only response is it’s with the courier but no tracking available from the courier or the company after 2 weeks. The company also rates itself on is website as 4.8/5 on trust pilot, surely that needs looked into also!!!!

Oh dear. Reading the reviews makes me sad. - note to self. Read company reviews before purchasing product from them. I purchased two bracelets on April 20 still waiting for the to arrive. and like one reviewer on here stated the shipping tracking info is wrong ..she’s right. I can’t seem to locate my package anywhere. Tracking number but no tracking info exists. don’t like the stress. I’m fine with it taking a while to get here I just want to make sure it’s actually getting here. Also I was under the impression that these items were coming from the UK not China and even on here there location specifies the United States. - and these items are not cheap so that’s even more disappointing . Will edit my review if I ever see them . Wondering if anyone has received a refund ?

So, I fall for their scam. I placed an order and forgot to put my complete address. Send them an email within minutes. And a couple of minutes after I send them a massage through their website to cancel my order bc I found this review. Next thing I know they send me last night and email saying that they have ship my order. And this morning they send another email saying that they have updated my address and thay they will ship the items to correct address. It doesn't make any sense. I canceled my order. I am waiting for them to return my money.

Order came box damaged the bracelet has already come tarnished meant to be gold has a massive silver splodge on it. You can see the stainless steel coming through the gold contacted them. They said I have to pay for shipment back to China even though I never knew it came from China and it has to be received by them within 14 days, which is probably not going to be possible. £30 wasted do not use these people.

Purchased the VCA bracelet but the yellow gold is very different to the original VCA jewellery so I wanted to return it HOWEVER what they fail to disclose on their website is that returns have to be sent to China which costs almost the same as the actual item making it pointless to return! They also only post 5 star reviews on their own website which are probably fake given how many 1 stars are on trustpilot.

I ordered a clover bracelet and necklace. Yes it took a while to arrive but I got it eventually. The bracelet is lovely and good quality, the necklace is not. I did contact them and they told me I could have a refund or exchange if I sent it back, meaning I pay the postage to China. I asked if they could just let me know how to order a necklace that matched the quality of the bracelet. I was told that they have several suppliers so couldn’t guarantee that. So actually pointless sending my necklace back for exchange as I may just get the same back! If I could guarantee the quality I would order again.

Bought a necklace for a wedding and at checkout it said I can buy 2 for price of one - still waiting
