My experience with Hostfully has been very positive. It is an excellent platform for managing all reservations in one place, making day-to-day operations much easier. Their support team is quick and efficient at resolving any issues, and the platform is easy to use and reliable.

Managing multiple locations would have been impossible for me without a system like Hostfully. They have been very patient with my non-technical skill set. The support team helps me whenever I need to problem solve. They've made my life easier!

Hostfully has completely transformed how we operate our guesthouse. Before switching, we spent far too much time manually managing reservations, guest communication, and check-in tasks across multiple platforms. With Hostfully, nearly every part of our workflow is now automated.

The channel management is seamless, and having email, SMS, and WhatsApp messaging all in one platform has made communicating with guests incredibly easy. Hostfully is a great company. I am by no means easy to work with and my needs are unique and my expectations are high. I need a company that works and does what it claims to do otherwise nothing else I do for my property management company will matter. I’ve used many different channel management tools, both as an employee and now a business owner. I know what works and I know what doesn’t. Hostfully simply works. At first, I made the mistake of trying to go live without following Hostfullys suggestions and it didn’t go well but as soon as I realized it, I contacted them, I was pretty upset and frustrated that I might have chosen the wrong company. I even contacted the CEO!, she responded in less than twelve hours. If that doesn’t tell you this company cares about its clients and their success, nothing else will. I was very quickly scheduled with a one-on-one meeting with the brilliant Rhiana Jones! She immediately recognized the mistakes that I made. Helped me correct them, suggested so many things that wouldn’t have occurred to me otherwise and now I’m getting bookings and I am more empowered than ever to do what I do best! Manage properties. I am tremendously impressed with Hostfully. Their system is easy to use and once you get it, you get it. I’m glad I stuck it out and didn’t give up. It’s like having a dream employee.
Be patient, get it right, don’t be afraid to ask for help and Hostfully will not only work for you, it’ll work wonders too.

A implementação também me surpreendeu muito. O processo é simples, fácil e, melhor ainda, a equipe faz grande parte do trabalho, o que reduz muito a dor de cabeça na migração e na configuração da plataforma.

Eu utilizava outra plataforma anteriormente e, depois que conheci a Hostfully, a diferença ficou muito clara. Na minha experiência, a Hostfully dá de mil a zero na concorrência.
