From Start to finish, they were brilliant. Very responsive, text me the painting to see if I wanted to make any changes , and delivery was very quick after that. The painting was everything I had hoped for and it was a perfect fit. Also I have to say the packaging was second to none.

This was my first experience of purchasing from Frametheworld...I bought two pieces and I have not been disappointed with either of them..they are beautifully finished.. I have to say the experience was great from start to finish..I cannot praise Sophie highly enough she was fantastic from the moment I contacted her with some initial queries to picture reviews and then delivery. Her communication with me was always courteous and prompt. Nothing was a problem and she went over and above to ensure I was happy with the end product. The painting is a great addition to my living room, we love it, many of our guests and family also.
The only thing that might need an improvement is the frame, it looks very fragile, not a huge issue once the painting is on the wall.
