My husband did receive the suit he ordered, but it fit poorly. We went to return it, but had to ship it back to China - they claim they’re a US company but they definitely are not based here. Their customer service phone number doesn’t work (it’s not an actual working number) and their customer service email takes multiple prompts to get a reply and it’s not very helpful when you do happen to hear back. The package I mailed back still only says it cleared customs over a month ago and I’ve gotten no further updates. Money wasted for sure, very disappointing. I wish we’d seen the bad reviews for this company sooner.

Sent my items a month later and my event was about 2-3 weeks from when I ordered. I had to order other attire and now they refuse to refund me because there’s nothing I can do with this formal stuff and they sent the wrong size shoes (both pairs).

I bought these wedges hoping they'd give me some decent support. I reached out to Sarah from their team about the sizing and she was super helpful. The suede straps are actually very soft and don't dig in, and the ankle strap keeps my foot from sliding forward. The buckle itself is a little bit stiff to undo when I take them off, but it's already loosening up. Honestly the orthopedic base really makes a difference. I wore them with linen pants all afternoon yesterday and my heels didn't ache at all.

I wore these suede wedges to a garden wedding last Saturday and they actually held up really well. I was looking for a closed toe option that wouldn't sink into the grass, and the woven rope base was perfect for that. I was mostly surprised by the support. Usually wedges start hurting my arches after a couple of hours, but my feet felt fine standing through the whole ceremony. The crisscross ankle straps do take a minute to adjust so they don't rub, but once you find the right notch they stay put. The soft suede looked nice with my linen dress, though it did pick up a little dust from the dirt path. I just brushed it right off the next morning. Happy I didn't have to take my shoes off by the end of the night.

Unfortunately, I had not read the reviews of this company. If I had, I would have saved myself a lot of headaches. Like so many others, I did not receive the shoes I ordered, and when I reached out to the company, I kept receiving apologies but no update on my order. All correspondence was via email. I ended up disputing the claim on my credit card as the company would not let me cancel the order.

Ordered two pairs of shoes Never received my purchase and never got a response when asked for reimbursement. Absolutely should have looked them up before ordering- do not order from this company.

I don't usually provide bad reviews, but This was the worst customer experience I have ever had and I hope to save others.
I received one of two pairs of shoes I ordered. They were very cheap and did not fit. I tried repeatedly to return them with no response. The second pair never arrived, even though they sent me an email saying they had been delivered. The tracking number showed that the shipping company had no record of them being picked up or delivered. And no response from Custormer Service.

Don’t even want to give them 1 star. Deceitful, Thieves. Not in LA-China. DON’T JUST DON’T.

Would rate them a ZERO. Waited 3weeks for delivery not 7-10 days, shoes came from China, requested refund via email half a dozen times with no answer and phone number on website does not work. I should have read the reviews first. This company has been flagged for questionable practices, poor quality, no response when requesting a refund…. Save your money, don’t buy from this horrible company.

I ordered the Wren women's orthopedic suede Mary Jane's in brown and the product I received is not at all what was advertised on the website. To begin with the order took weeks to ship them the package arrived and the box was slightly crushed. The company sent me an "apology" for delayed shipping prematurely in my opinion, I ordered in early may and didn't receive anything until almost a month later. I believe that if it had been more crushed the shoes would have suffered damage as they're so soft and delicate. The shoes are a sort of leather and the wrong color both in the leather and hardware... the hardware also doesn't have the tree design on it. While I understand that orthopedic labeling is not really regulated it's still upset that the shoes are not orthopedic at all (not the ordered them for that reason, but I think it's shameful for the people that do order them with their needs in mind). The soles are like a low quality dupe of the Birkenstock sole instead of the thicker and angled sole pictured. I think that if the shoes were at least the right colors I could overlook the low quality feel of them or vice versa. I was really looking forward to wearing them however I've been repeatedly disappointed and I would like to send the shoes back and get a refund, but their team took forever to respond and when they finally did they had the audacity to say, "hey send me a brief description of what's wrong and pictures..." OH LIKE I'VE DONE MULTIPLE TIMES ALREADY IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS BECAUSE NOBODY CAN BOTHER TO REPLY TO MY EMAILS?! They finally said that after careful reviews, their team had decided the shoes are fine and up to their standards and that they can still refund if I want but they're not going to cover shipping costs. This is the worst company I've ever worked with, DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! Also so weird and untrustworthy that this site is the only one I can leave a review on.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Like others who have reviewed, I suspect this company is not what it appears to be. The shoes I ordered arrived in the wrong size, and they came from China - not California, where I expected them to come from. There were long delays in receiving the shoes, and when I tried to contact them for the exchange they claim is "hassle free", I received no response to two emails or completing their online form. I tried calling the customer service number, and it did not connect. This is not the company it says it is on the website (and it looks like they have a UK version that is also a scam.) I feel like an idiot for falling for it... don't let the same happen to you!

I placed an order for a pair of boots on June 2nd. I have emailed at least 3 times hoping to update the shipping address, not one reply. The phone number listed on the website is absolutely no help, one ring and hangs up. As of today, June 19th, I have not received notification of shipment.
I need a refund!!

This company sell products they do not have. I ordered a pair of shoes on 5/19. On 5/23 they emailed to say the order would be delayed. On 6/1 I followed up and they provided me a link to track and it showed the shoes in China. I asked to cancel and refund on 6/2. I followed up that request on 6/5 Nothing I had to file a dispute with my charge card today. Total waste of the

Arrived from China in a bag. Poorly packaged and arrived damaged. Wasn’t worth the 20 day wait. Attempting to return.

False advertising. I bought two 3-piece outfits advertised as being made of merino wool. They are instead made of poor-quality cheap synthetic fabric. Supposedly a ladies’ size medium, the slacks of these outfits are extremely small in size—would fit the average 12-year-old child but not a medium size 8-10 woman. The fabric colors are far lighter than shown on their website. Extremely disappointed in their products.

Very happy with my experience ordering from Florence Mae California. The fabric felt lightweight and comfortable, and the packaging looked lovely.

The designs were beautiful and elegant, although shipping updates could have been better. Quality was decent overall and the products looked close to the online photos.
