**Very disappointing experience with Expatrio**
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Expatrio. I opened my blocked account and selected the Value Package, which includes TK health insurance, expecting the process to be straightforward. Unfortunately, getting the required preliminary insurance certificate has been unnecessarily difficult.
I have contacted Expatrio’s service center as well as TK multiple times, but I was passed around without receiving a clear solution. I urgently need this document for my visa application, yet despite completing everything required from my side, I am still left waiting and trying to figure out the issue myself.
What is most frustrating is the lack of proper communication and accountability. When someone is relying on these documents for an important immigration process, delays and unclear support can have serious consequences.
I chose Expatrio expecting a smooth and reliable service, but my experience has been the complete opposite. I hope they seriously improve their customer support and take responsibility for time-sensitive cases instead of leaving customers to deal with the consequences themselves.
