I am writing this review to share my experience with Global4EX regarding Account #1100561573 ($5,000 Funded Stage) to highlight unfair risk enforcement and inaccurate trade reviews.

1. Inaccurate Factual Claim by Review Team:
Global4EX rejected my withdrawal claiming Trade #2302819413 opened "0.1 minutes after the previous trade CLOSED". However, my raw MT5 trade report proves both trades were OPENED 6 seconds apart (at 01:44:23 and 01:44:29 UTC)
and CLOSED at the exact same time (02:32:00 UTC). Their review team cited completely false trade events (Open vs. Close times) to justify rejecting my payout.

2. Admitted Support Error Ignored:
On August 23, 2026 (Ticket ID: cQY2rytG2m8j6bTrywKK), support officially admitted in writing to an internal communication error on their side and explicitly committed to updating me BEFORE I proceeded with a withdrawal request.
3. Unfair Forfeiture After 100% Clean Performance:
They never updated me as promised, allowed me to trade for 2 weeks in good faith, and let me reach $5,533.75 with 100% clean, compliant trades post-Aug 21. Only upon requesting a withdrawal did they retroactively fail the account using a false trade description.

Resolution Demand:
I request Senior Management to review Ticket cQY2rytG2m8j6bTrywKK fairly: either process the compliant profits earned post-Aug 21 or issue a free Replacement Funded Account due to support misdirection.

I have full timestamped MT5 CSV reports and chat transcripts ready to submit to Trustpilot if requested for verification.

I am extremely disappointed with how Global4EX / PropStar handles risk enforcement and customer support accountability.

The Case Summary:
1. I passed my Phase 1 evaluation and reached the Funded stage ($5,000 account #1100561573).

2. On August 23, 2026, I proactively reached out to support regarding trade rules and offered to reset the account if any issues existed.

3. Support officially admitted in writing (Ticket ID: cQY2rytG2m8j6bTrywKK) that an internal communication error occurred on their end. They explicitly promised to escalate it to the Senior Team and update me BEFORE any withdrawal request was made.

4.Relying on their written assurance, I continued trading in good faith. I generated over $5,500+ in equity, with 100% clean, compliant trades following that conversation.

5. When I requested my withdrawal, they retroactively failed my account due to trades executed on August 21 (BEFORE the support ticket intervention), completely ignoring their CS team's written commitment and misdirection.

Why This Is Unfair:
They allowed me to take market risks for 2 weeks, build a $5,500+ balance, and only enforced a delayed violation when money was requested—despite their support team admitting to miscommunication and telling me to wait for an update that never came.

I demand a fair review by Senior Management: either a free replacement funded account or a payout of the clean profits earned post-Aug 21.
