Had an issue with my chiller and Vital took care of it. Joy in customer service did a great job.

Nathan provided exceptional customer service regarding our Vitals Plus cold plunge. He was professional, highly efficient, and spent significant time sharing valuable tips for performance and maintenance. His thorough follow-up and expertise make him a true credit to the company.

Excellent Customer service. Great products and will upgrade soon. Knowing the customer service is so good. Very good product, just wish I had the ceded wood one it looks way better and the lid too as mine deflates easily in the heat as an older model. Ice baths are the best definitely will use Vital for my next purchase

I did get my XEN sauna installed on time. However, I had a few issues with the installation.
1. I paid for White Glove service, but the installers said this was their first time installing one. I was hoping to have someone who has installed it before doing the installation which is why I paid a premium.
2. The controller is set at a limit of 150F/65C, but it was advertised to go to 160F and 70C. I even paid a premium to have a dedicated 20A circuit installed to handle the 160F power draw, but it won't allow me to go that high.
3. One of the latches is defective and doesn't work. They didn't have any extra which they should have had.
4. The gap between the 2 pieces of glass is 8-9mm. It should be less than that.
5. I called and emailed them numerous times while the installers were here and afterwards, but no response for at least a couple of hours and counting.
6. I contacted the delivery/installation company and they said to contact the factory which I have done but still awaiting a call back.
Customer service/support needs to improve.

Today I sent in a request for information on how to fix my Ice Pod, and within a couple of hours, Irene was able to help me with a replacement Pod.

Have been dealing with Vital+ for over a year now. Their chiller is 2nd to none and their customer service is remarkable. I did have an issue my chiller but they made it completely right. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to cold plunge.

I had a situation where my vital+ had a burning smell coming from it. I contacted support and dealth with a wonderful lady called Joy. Her service was outstanding and between us we sorted the problem. I'm very impressed at the customer care and how quickly Joy messaged me with solutions.

Carl @ Vital + Customer Service was extremely attentive and helpful in helping me rectify my situation in ordering replacement parts. He took over where AI was incapable in helping and finishing my request. Thanks to Carl and his diligence!!!

I had issues with my chiller the week after it arrived to my home. I reached out to Vital support and April assisted me throughout the whole process and was able to replace my chiller. April was great! She constantly reached out and kept me up to date with the status of my product.

We purchased an ice bath a couple of years ago and the chiller had stopped working. We contacted Vital plus about this and Israel was able to offer us another chiller at 50% off. Very happy with Israel’s service.

Very impressed with my interaction with Israel on Vital+’s customer service team! He helped me with my questions quickly and effectively!

Less Than Six Months Old — Hasn’t Worked for Months

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Vital+ has been extremely frustrating.

I purchased a Vital+ cold plunge less than six months ago, and it has now been unusable for months. I have contacted customer support repeatedly and have cooperated with their troubleshooting process over and over again. I have followed the instructions I’ve been given, tried the recommended fixes, and continued providing information when requested.

At this point, this is no longer a troubleshooting issue. The unit does not work.

I purchased a cold plunge, not a product that I should have to continually diagnose and attempt to repair myself—especially when it is less than six months old.

What has been most disappointing is not simply that the equipment failed. Equipment can fail. It is the lack of a meaningful resolution after months of trying to work with the company.

I have been patient and cooperative, but there comes a point when a company needs to stand behind the product it sold. I am asking Vital+ to honor its warranty and provide a working replacement or another appropriate resolution rather than continuing to send me through additional rounds of troubleshooting.

I would be happy to update this review if Vital+ steps up and resolves the problem. Until then, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

Right from when I contacted Vital re my chiller problem the customer service was excellent and they kept me in formed and turn around for repaired chiller was quick

Israel was assigned my ticket and was punctual and informative in replies. Kept me informed as to the status of my situation and the projected outcome and resolution.

I look forward to successful resolution and I've been assured that they will continue tomorrow to the situation to make sure that they keep me informed. Can't ask for more than that overall I think their customer service absent artificial intelligence which everyone is using now is good!

So far 1 star. Their actual ship dates are about twice as long as their advertised ship date. When I finally got a ship date after 4 days of processing, it conflicts with my travel schedule. Since they don’t handle shipping and use a third party and neither company is taking to the other despite my requests, I still can’t get the ship date corrected. If you order, prepare to be frustrated.

Once I got a hold of Nathaniel, everything was spectacular no stress easy-going when I was talking to AI. It was challenging. Awesome experience with a real representative thank you Nathaniel.

Joy was extremely helpful when my vital plus cold plunge and chiller stopped working. She sent videos and was helpful to even identify the fuse I would need as a back up. I have been very pleased with the product and even more with the customer service.

The support I received from Carl was fantastic from start to finish. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process as stressfree as possible.
