Have insured via GoSkippy for a couple of years now as they have always come in at the best price for me. Had to speak to the call centre a few times, always speak to a welcoming agent who is happy to help and understands my needs. Would recommend.

Been with go skippy for a few years decent price until my renewal this year. I’ve had no claims and my renewal was OVER 2x what is was last year for no reason only offered me a £75 discount which is still over 2x last years price absolutely ridiculous lost a customer for no reason. Great business practices go skippy.

Took insurance out with this company, rang them to change some things on the policy, the customer service is shocking, the staff are rude and unhelpful. Looks like the policy's is going to have to be cancelled and go with another company who actually value customers. If your wanting a good company for car insurance I would avoid them, they even tried putting my car insurance up £30 a month and Charing me another £90 up front kist for a small change on my policy. Don't get me wrong I expected to pay a small amount for a small change but not nearly £450. Scammers spring to mind

Found from a comparison site. One of the best prices for adding a new driver to my policy , also no requirement for a permanent driving monitoring device or time restrictions , cover seems very good and low excess. They Tick all the boxes I needed cover for , only had the policy a few days and had no need to use them further but so far excellent

Increased direct debit by £40 a month and charged £35 for changing my car.

When I said I am not renewing they bombarded ne with 5 emails and 4 text messages reminding me to renew.

When I called to complain they didnt care.

Also got a renewal for £430 cheaper with another company.

Keep the good work continue

Never use this company, I sold my car 2 months ago, I gave them proof from DVLA that the car was sold and been transferred to the new owner but they have still charged me for an extra month

Goskippy are Thieves. Yes the numbers appears tempting... but their Scam is that their app dont work, and they will cancel your cover but still take your deposit and your monthly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!

They are the worse, would not recommend to anyone especially if your adding an additional driver who won’t be driving your car 24/7 because you’ll have to remove them anyways and pay more and on top pay 35£ for them to remove the driver because other they will cancel the policy, absolutely disgusting. After receiving a letter for my cancellation it took them 2 weeks to actually cancel my policy because apparently it was still live after I made a complaint

Easy to use and very competitive prices considering I was finding prices much higher!

Very straight forward to set up online the advisor I spoke to was very helpful & explained everything in detail the price was very good

Changed my Car a few months back and I asked how much too change the policy to the new one was told £50 over the phone or £30 if I did it online, OK so I did it online they charged me £68 yup then a month later cancelled my policy, left me in a right pickle 'Never Again'

Well at least I ain't getting there weekly email ads any more I guess that’s a plus.
