I have always had issues finding a solid server host but bearded is the only server host that gives instant customer support with great server pricing.

No plans to turn back.

My old host a few years ago kept having downtime, and I had to keep dealing with the fallout. It was a huge waste of my time - and not the reason I want a server host.

Since switching, it's been a world of difference. I can sit back, relax, and know that my server is secure and uptime is either at 100% or as close as it's ever going to be anywhere.

If there's a technical issue, I just hop into Discord and submit a ticket and usually they're responding within minutes at any time of the day. If it's something they caused (extremely rare), they work to resolve it ASAP. Amazing service.

Even though I'm someone that is very comfortable finding their way around a linux terminal and self-hosting websites and other projects, I will never go back to doing that again for Minecraft - I'm sticking with a host, and specifically Bearded Host.

I don't have SSH access, but I have direct access to my files through a responsive, well-designed UI and for larger files I can use SFTP. They even have an API which I use to automate whitelisting on my server! Perfecto.

Thank you for being in the hosting business, because I'm not sure I would have found a better alternative. Bearded Host gives me peace of mind, and that's worth having.

Honestly the best and fastest hosting service out there! They are a highly dedicated team and in my opinion one of the top server hosts available. 10 out of 10 service and staff!

bad performance, performs super slow, very overpriced for the sort of service you get, they dont even have ddos protection which i'd expect to be a given for this price.

Terrible - lost my data 2 days after signup due to a 'node failure', and refused to give me a refund for my plan because i had used it these two days. Said that making a backup of my own data was my responsibility (even though thats what i pay for). Do not trust this provider

The support team is AMAZING(Brandon is the best and don't you forget that!)! Also the service is quick and it isn't to expensive and the performace for a modded server of 200+ mods on the Wizard is amazing! Infinity/5!

I moved over to Bearded from my old host. I have not had a better experience anywhere else! The community is welcoming and their customer service is THE BEST. No crashes, no issues, and questions are answered very quickly. Tickets are responded to within 10-30 minutes, they take community suggestions, and they're transparent about what you get. It's been great. I HIGHLY recommend switching to Bearded.Host ASAP. It's night and day from the competitors.
