THEY FAILED TO ISSUE THE TICKET PURCHASED .Using Google flights they advertised a price and when i paid (a chain of 5 other tickets which i took as their price on Emirates business was 18% less than off emirates ) , it turns out they simply started marketing to ne to pay the emirates price.
They stopped replying when i complained about this.
Money not yet returned and not showing any ticket!!

The representative Mr Chris Grey was polite at all times. He was clear and professional and dealt with our purchase efficiently, ensuring all matters were dealt with within the time set.
I would recommend this service to friends and family.

Deceitful and dishonest. This company took a booking from my elderly parents for a flight. Charged their credit card. Then later they wrote “We have received an update from the airline regarding your booking.

Unfortunately, the basic business(non-changeable, non-refundable) seats are on waitlist on the flights that you have booked. The airline only have the availability in business Flex (changeable) seats.

Are you flexible with airline?”

This is a clear bait and switch. Took a booking and charged a credit card for a flight they didn’t have.

As others have mentioned. After "booking," I have received a call ( the following day), telling me that my outbound leg was not confirmed as there were no more seats available, so they have placed me on a waitlist. After reading the others' reviews, I was half expecting this to happen. So I immediately told them to cancel my "booking".
I went online and booked directly with the airline for £64 more. However, in this price I got 2 checked in bags included, which with checknfly would cost an additional £99 per bag.
I then received a whatsapp message from checknfly telling me: " at the moment for the same flight getting the price of £ xxxx.xx for the confirmed seat". This was exactly £148 more than the original quoted price.
I think their tactics are deceiving and are trying to catch people off guard having FOMO and dishing out money way above the price they could get elsewhere.

We were stranded in the UK for three days after attending my son’s graduation. We were traveling on standby tickets and were first unable to board the flight from Manchester to Hong Kong.

We then travelled from Manchester to London and tried several flights from Heathrow. Unfortunately, we were bumped off four different flights. Eventually, we managed to secure confirmed tickets via Doha, but only three seats were available. Therefore, my mother, one of my sons, and I travelled to Hong Kong, while my other son had to remain behind alone in London and continue trying to travel on standby flights.

The following day, my son waited for another three flights but was still unable to get a seat. At that point, I decided that enough was enough and began searching for a confirmed ticket through Check & Fly.

After searching for almost the entire day, I found a reasonably priced Qatar Airways ticket with only around two and half hours remaining before departure. Unfortunately, when my son reached the airport, the Qatar Airways check-in counter had already closed more than 40 minutes before departure, which was earlier than we had expected. As a result, he was unable to board the flight.

Throughout this extremely stressful situation, Kevin never abandoned us. He continued assisting us from beginning to end and personally appealed to the airline to allow the booking to be changed. He made sure that my son was rebooked on the same flight and itinerary for the following day and also offered alternative travel arrangements.

Kevin even took responsibility for the flight-change penalty himself. His patience, generosity, professionalism, and genuine concern were exceptional.

Unlike some travel agencies that stop helping after receiving payment, Kevin continued following up until everything had been properly arranged. He went far beyond what we expected during one of the most stressful travel experiences our family has ever faced.

Very disappointing experience — be careful before booking

I booked flights through Check N Fly and paid £2,558.42 for two tickets from London to Colombia After making the payment, I was contacted via WhatsApp and informed that I needed to pay an additional £194 per passenger because, according to them, the airline fare had increased.

I did not agree to pay this extra amount, so I requested a refund. They then asked whether my travel dates were flexible. After I provided flexibility, they still informed me that I would need to pay an additional £160 for the two passengers.

When I asked how I could proceed with this extra payment, I was then told that the seats were on “standby”, meaning my flight was not actually guaranteed. Despite this, I was still being asked to pay more money.

Because of this situation, I requested the cancellation and refund of my booking. I have now been told that I need to wait 5–7 business days to receive my money back.

My advice is to be very careful when booking with this company. The price you see and pay may not be the final price, and you may be asked for additional payments after your booking.

As per the below reviews, the price changed by £150 on my order. I requested a refund and was told by representative Katherine that this would be in my account in 5-7 business days. This was on 02/07. Where is my refund?

Wow complete click bait, booked business class as advertised on google flights, checked my booking and it had booked something completely different to what id booked, via middle east rather than Frankfurt. They called me 40 mins after booking to tell me the seats had sold out and it was £1300 more expensive. they are not ATOL projected. SCAM SCAM SCAM - please be careful when spending this money, as my card is now pending and i cannot book elsewhere until the pending transaction goes back into my account.

ive had to take a refund and wait on that being processed, they were actively holding seats on their systems whilst i was searching to take away availability and push up pricing when i was comparing their prices with airlines direct.

BAIT AND SWITCH - DO NOT USE

initially advertised low fares are suddenly raised, requiring hundreds of pounds in extra payments right after booking

I had booked my flight via check-in fly. Jenny Walter, who I was in touch with the process was highly professional and kind and made sure I was updated with every details needed for smooth journey. Tysm..

Never used or knew about this company, came across them when looking for a cheap flight, so I trusted them and booked my flight, where they was willing and helpful, with the needed change I had to make, weeks after I had finalised my booking, then when at the airport, the booking was sorted, with no paper work needed but just my passport, will definitely use them again.

The agent spent time to find us affordable tickets. Professional and fast. I highly recommend this travel agency.

Avoid like the plague. Original price was not honoured, and the new price was more than booking direct with the airline. Due to time pressure I had no choice but to accept. Then, I was sent a completely different customers itinerary, including their personal details. This shows a huge lack of care and professionalism. if you wouldn't want the same to happen to your booking, book elsewhere!

Avoid. Like the many other reviews I have now seen (should have read them before trying this very poor company) the price of the ticket was not honoured and the difference would have been more than buying directly through the airline. I would suggest not using this company to book any flights.

Week later, said all the right words then did nothing

later i emailed them asking if my wife had correctly booked owe seats for the plane, a lady katherine baker
got back to me in two minutes to tell the seats were
booked and all is ok. she was very good.
