Ordered items theta it said was "in stock" had to contact them after I heard nothing for a week. Then they said half my order was back ordered. I asked them to cancel the order as it was a "pick 4 outfits" bundle so getting half the order doesn't even make sense. They didn't replay to my request until after they shipped the half of the order that was the less desirable stuff. Then said they couldn't do a refund cause it already shipped. They do this because they know a worthwhile amount of people won't bother doing the work of printing labels and driving to the UPS to drop it off. They are scumbags.

Very poor quality and bad returns. The chinos feel cheap, they’re an odd fit and feel and the quality is pretty awful. Also retuning them is costing me £22.50.

Have ordered Chino shorts buy 2 get 1 on 2 different occasions and other than being shipped a little later than expected all was smooth and quality is great (hence the second order!

I got a shirt with multiple holes in it. When I emailed them to ask for a refund or a new shirt, they took zero accountability and gave me a bunch of hoops to jump through instead of just re-shipping. I like the products i have received that aren’t defective but customer service is garbage

I placed a single short order being one state away, and my order still has not even been picked a week later. By their own website it should have been completed in 2-3 days. Ironically, it won't let me leave a review on their website... How convenient. I'm also currently waiting my response for my request for cancellation and a refund...

Make sure to look at actual reviews online (NOT THEIR OWN WEBSITE) that they control... Horrible reviews surrounding everything and even getting responses/refunds.
