I will never order from them again, as if something goes wrong (my parcel never arrived) it’s hard to get past hopeless AI responses. The company take no responsibility and don’t seem to understand the meaning of customer service. I lost all confidence due to their poor responses and got my money back through the bank, which Ive never had to do. AVOID.
