Personalized teddy bear is perfect and it arrived the next day.

My medal is beautiful. And that's the only good thing I got to say. I got my tree of life necklace in March. The little hook on the medal broke off so I contacted customer service. They told me they would get me a credit and I confirmed with them that it will cover my replacement order (item and shipping), it did not. Went back to them, they said they updated the code, they did not. Went back a third time, they finally managed to get the item covered but the agent just disconnected without answering my question. My replacement just arrived, I really hope it won't break. The whole experience was time consuming and absolutely ridiculous. One agent I got twice was Herminia. Also I left a bad review on the website a month ago and it won't appear. That's why they have only good reviews.

While the breast pump works very well, it's a nightmare assembling it. The shells are plastic and you have to align and snap the two together flawlessly for it to work which takes ages. Very stressful when the design should be making your life easier.
