I'm really sorry to hear you haven't received Peggy's first treatment delivery or any responses from our Customer Experience Team regarding this matter.

I understand that you contacted us in July, and we explained that our treatment deliveries are typically sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within ten days of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, the 2nd class postal service currently doesn't include tracking, making it difficult to trace orders en route to you. My colleague had requested that you inform us if the package didn't arrive by the 28th so that we could offer further assistance. However, as we didn't hear back from you, we assumed that Peggy's treatment delivery had been received as anticipated, leading to the automatic closure of your email thread due to inactivity.

Should your email thread ever close automatically, you can always reopen it by replying as usual, and our Customer Experience Team will be ready to provide further assistance.
