Ordered a Scotty Cameron 2 weeks ago…
Ordered a Scotty Cameron 2 weeks ago with no communication as to delay or anything. Website said delivery was 5-7 working days. Rang them up to be told they will chase it and get back to me. Nothing again but silence. Then rang them a day later to be told that Scotty Cameron will be building my putter and that I might not be able to a refund. I said how are they building it when it’s not a custom putter they said they’d ring them and see what’s going on. Rang me back with some excuse saying that there’s delays with shortage of putter heads etc and they are actioning my refund.
Gone on a different website and ordered another one, it’s arriving tomorrow…
Pathetic excuses. Wouldn’t bother with them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
The putter you ordered was placed using the custom build option, which was selected at checkout. As our standard stock option was unavailable at the time, this meant the order would be built by Scotty Cameron/Titleist rather than dispatched directly from our warehouse. Although the specification matched a standard model with a different grip, custom orders are manufactured by Titleist and are therefore subject to the availability of individual components. If all components are available, the custom order is dispatched within 5-7 working days.
When you contacted us, we immediately chased Titleist for an update. They advised us that there were unexpected delays due to a shortage of putter head components, which meant your order would not be completed within the original estimated lead time.
As soon as we confirmed that your order had not entered production and could therefore be cancelled, we contacted you straight away and processed your refund immediately, as requested.
We appreciate that this was frustrating. Whilst another retailer may have had the standard putter available from their own stock for immediate dispatch, your order was placed as a custom build through the manufacturer and was unfortunately affected by delays outside of our control.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.
