Kept us well informed and called the morning of the delivery to advise the time. Driver was helpful and polite.

Very efficient service from Sam at Fire Angel. Defective alarm is being replaced, very pleased.

Was not particularly easy, payment failed several times before going through. Also unclear why there were two different prices for tickets, e.g. paid £44 but next to it says the ticket was £37.50. Am I getting ripped off, I don't know.
