I'm already 9 years with MDDHosting and I haven't regretted it a single time. Fast responding to tickets, helpful answers, patient, and reliable hosting. Their service has never changed.

I don't often write reviews, but I think it's worth it this time.

I've been with MDDHosting since 2014 and have never regretted it. Their support is outstanding. Most of the time, they reply within 5 minutes, especially regarding technical questions. In the past, they had gone far out of their way to help me with issues when I was stuck. It's not just one person who answers my questions. Sometimes a colleague shines another light on the problem or comes up with a different solution. I find that very helpful.

I have several shared hosting packages with them. There is a clear difference in speed between the packages. The Plaid+ is much faster than the Turbo, but that's also what you pay for.
They all have LiteSpeed web servers, which are worth paying a little extra. I'm on the other side of the world and should move to servers here, but I will never get the support I have now. They already suggested cloud hosting, and I am looking into it, but the sites' loading speed is still very reasonable.

The only thing that could be improved is the FTP speed. It's a bit slow, but that is probably because I am on the other side of the world.

All in all, I am a very happy customer. When I read all the horror stories online about other web hosts, I consider myself lucky I found a web host that got my back.
