Error

Got a giftcard so decided to buy a steam card. My full balance was emptied (I had more in my account then I needed) and I can not redeem the code. It has been 3 days and other then a single reply from the support nothing has been done about it.

Games are cheap but always have…

Games are cheap but always have problems on here. Eurobalance not adding. Key not showing. Cant pay with eurbalance. Rather spend like 1 euro extra on gamivo or g2a then spend an hour having problems on kinguin.

Such a bad scam site

Such a bad site. Bought accounts 2 times. All stopped working after a week. they replaced them then the same thing happens. I ask again they shadowban me from their chat. It does not say it but all the messages are on send never read. There is other sites with better options and who will help you when it does not work. Not this one tho. You might wondet why they only have a small amount of bad reviews? Because they get them deleted. They know 9/10 people won't bother proving that they actually bought something and thats an easy way to only get positive reviews.

I can't help you in any way unless you send us proof of purchase or simply send us the order numbers. Without a way to contact you, it is not possible to solve a possible problem.

And when you check the Trustpilot's activities page, you can see that we have reported 39 reviews in the last 12 months (that's around 3/month). Especially in the online gaming sector, there are often trolls or people who just spam something in reviews.
