If I could give negative I would, this is a scam company! Wish I’d read these before buying, won’t give me a refund despite getting item back!! Reporting to Trading Standards.

It’s been a literal life saver for me. It’s so easy to use & I’m neurodivergent so sometimes struggle with complicated websites & applications. So long as you make your payments & get reminders, which for me helps so much, you are good to go. I’ve not come across a problem yet.

Their DIBO Fruit & Veg Mix contains leeks which is highly toxic to dogs & cats. My pup has had several bouts of gastroenteritis & 2 vets confirmed this is the likely cause. I’ve notified Zooplus who refunded me £21 out of £31 & won’t publish my review alerting people or stop selling it. They are knowingly selling it that it causes harm. It’s a scientific fact, the truth, but for greed continue to sell it. I also contacted DIBO who returned with an email, leek is high in Vitamin C so can be fed when I gave them published articles from RVC & VCA & saying what an irresponsible response it was, funnily enough I didn’t receive another. They just need to remove the ingredient! I’m contemplating taking Zooplus to court for my vet fees & Ive reported them to Trading Standards.
