We carry out strict, bespoke affordability checks using a customer’s credit file and bank transactional data. We will only extend a credit limit that we believe to be affordable, and will not cause our customers financial difficulty.
We carry out ongoing affordability assessments, meaning that a customer may become eligible for a higher credit limit if we deem it to be affordable. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know.
