Great service from a knowledgeable person: Neil Adams. Always great to speak to Neil, who “walks through” scenarios until I understand the options or topic. Pensions are an ever evolving minefield and not something we learn about at an early age, so I’m grateful Neil is on hand to explain. Thanks Neil!

Terrible item terrible service. Lost my £127 plus £38 postage. Item doesn't work well. Should not be advertised in UK as its standard is appalling. Blows hot air and is noisy. Complete misrepresentation as the adverts say how quiet and effective it is. Be warned people! They’ll give you a return address, authorise the return but then send it back to you with no refund 3 months later. Wish there was someone I can report them to.

Sent to wrong queue for click and collect, then after queuing staff member said she was going home and did not serve us. Had to join enormously long main queue. Then one of the items I ordered was badly damaged, it had a crack all the way down it. Should not have been selected in the first place. Waited ages to receive damaged item, which had to be refunded!

Despite lockdown, it was Excellent and expert service. All was sensitively handled with care and attention to detail. Highly recommended, Stephen was very helpful And produced everything I asked for. Memorial is beautiful. Can’t thank you enough.

I’ve only got good things to say about the sales team, they were all great in helping me choose my oven. Especially Ghazala who went the extra mile to help me. Thank you Ghazala you’re a credit to your company. The bad news and reason for 1 star is that on day of delivery and fitting, the installer was not qualified to do the electrical work and couldn’t put me in touch with someone who was. Why send someone who can only do part of the job and charge for a service they can’t honour. I’m so upset with Curry’s as I have no oven and the new one is still in the box in my hallway waiting for me to find a qualified electrician to fit it. At no point was I told that the Curry’s electrician might not be able to fit the job and I took the afternoon off work as well as paid for fitting and recycling of old oven. Beware people! Seems Curry’s can’t deliver on their promises... so very upset.
