I tried the keratin treatment (without the shampoo and conditioner) to give it a try. I thought it won't be strong enough for my afro hair. But I am so pleased with the results. My hair was much softer when I flat ironed it and after washing it one week later, it made my 4c curls really more manageable and definded. I already ordered my new products (now I will also try the shampoo and conditioner) to repeat the treatment in 3 months.

Bad service

Late reply of client support
Discount code didn't work and account was de-activated.

Lamp broke, not easy to install. However ordered again on website because I love all your designs for a good price.

De service is heel goed

De service is heel goed, meteen antwoord, leuke attentie voor de klant met handgechreven briefje. De site kan wel beter (moderner, overzichtelijker). Ook tof dat jullie feedback vragen. Ik heb al veel besteld, spijtig dat de retourkosten soms iets duurder zijn.

Top service

Top service: goede klantendienst en fijn dat er berichtjes in de zak zitten. Retour formulier kan beter (duidelijker; artikel met prijs etc voorgedrukt) en misschien nog meer aanbod al vaak besteld wel. Spijtig dat retour toch prijzig is.
