This is the first time I have ordered from CB World, but I was very happy. The items arrived in a reasonable amount of time, were packaged well, and were high quality items as advertised.

Excellent Experience. I was traveling home from a business trip, was getting tired, and decided to stay at the national chain hotel in Munising because I am a rewards club member. They were booked, so I stayed at the Superior Motel. The desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. The room price was very reasonable. The room was very clean and comfortable, AND, although they don't serve breakfast, they give a $10 voucher for breakfast at the restaurant that is right down the street. It was also nice being able to park, literally, 8 feet from my room door. I stopped at that restaurant as I was leaving, and got a far better home cooked breakfast than I would have ever gotten at the national chain, and they were remarkably fast too. Excellent Experience. I would go back.

Good clothes, but in my opinion the worst customer service I have ever had from any company. I placed an order online, then immediately realized I used my company credit card instead of my personal. I called just minutes after submitting the order, to cancel that order, and place it again with my personal card. I was told it was too soon to cancel, call back in a while. I called back every 30 minutes until midnight when they close. The last person said to call again at 6am when they open again. I called again right at 6am, this person said to call back at 7pm that evening. I called right at 7pm as instructed. This new person said that the order was now being processed in the warehouse, and it was too late for it to be canceled. I asked to speak with a customer service manager, and the person I was talking too said that was not possible. Over the next few days, I tried several more times to cancel the order, and also tried several more times to talk to a manager. Each time I was told neither were possible. I tried finding other phone numbers online to get through to someone in the corporate headquarters, but each time I ended up at the same call center that would not let me talk to a manager. I even tried email, but that didn't work. Eventually my package arrived, I did not even open it, I immediately went to the post office and sent it back, then waited until they received it, and finally a refund went to my corporate card. However, one of the items was on clearance, which was apparently non-refundable, and they would not credit my card for that. It was a huge hassle with my accounting people, who asked why I didn't just cancel the order as soon as I realized I put it on the wrong card. All the phone calls and emails and going to the post-office etc. cost me a great deal of time. I will not purchase anything from them again.

Excellent experience. The person I spoke to on the phone when I placed my order was very friendly and knowledgeable. The order shipped out right away, and was delivered as fast as could be expected. Everything was well packed, and completely as expected.
