Great customer service. I had an issue, they addressed it quickly, and emailed me favorite recipes to try in the customer care email -- this was thoughtful!

I paid for an exterior wash but it wasn't done. I asked for a refund but had to fill out a paper slip and wait for it to be processed. Still no refund - 4 days now. Very unreasonable system for refunds, especially on something that wasn't my error.
