I was unpleasantly surprised to find…

I was unpleasantly surprised to find out I had to pay to select a seat on each flights. To me this was not clearly indicated in the price or quote.

Please refer to the seat selection FAQ on our website.
Seat selection is an optional extra offered to customers at the end of the booking process - it is not compulsory, and not all airlines and airfares allow seat selection prior to check-in opening.
Most airlines charge for pre-seating prior to check-in.
