Overall a very good experience with a great saving on dealer prices. We ordered an VW ID3 which took 16months to arrive because of issues due to chips and the war in Ukraine. But through out this period we received regular updates from Autoebid. Would have no hesitation in using again.

Was looking forward to this meal and have purchased from other providers in the past.
Overall found this experience to be adequate but hardly fine dining.
Rather expensive for the quality of the experience. I understand that there will always be challenges in preparing a meal to be delivered by courier.
The delivery worked well. Came on time and each of the menu items generally well packaged.
Had mussels for starter. These were generally ok though a number had cracked shells and needed removing. The cream and cider sauce rather bland (could taste no cider). The spinach which accompanied it did not add anything and perhaps was why the dish all tasted rather bitter.
The main of beef rib was satisfactory with good creamy mash. However the carrots were almost raw. Cruchy would have been ok, but raw less so.
The pudding, poached pears, was probably the highlight. Nicely spiced. Not so convinced clotted cream is the most appropriate accompaniment however.
The mark of a good meal is would i get again. On this experience it is unfortunately a no.

All very well organised- good after sales: I had to change the tyres originally ordered and it was not a problem to get the replacements to the fitter and the originals returned.

Quick and efficient with good communication. Couldn’t ask for more 😃

Item did not fit so i returned it. Very easy and efficient process with money quickly returned to my account. Definitely would use again.
