Chicken Carbonara.
Positives - lots of chicken/broccoli and good ratio of spaghetti.
But... VERY bland.
Added lemon juice but ended up binning..sorry.

Reached out, as hadnt received etkts to download..however, immediately picked up (on a Sunday!) and resolved..(even though originally hadnt gone into junk/spam)...Thanks!!

Having had a successful order of flowers once before, I tried recently, repeatedly, to order online a 3 month Subscription..which could never process my order...'technical issue/try later' message. After a week of this I tried to contact Customer Services...no telephone number, just automated, until eventually a Web chat, which could only tell me AGAIN there were still 'technical issues' they were trying to resolve, and gave me no follow up.
After another day of trying online I gave up, and went with a different Company. I can't believe at least 2 weeks of 'technical issues' online would not be swiftly dealt with in these online times...
...and suspect a possible stock issue, which I would have been sympathetic with, if that was the case.
Such a shame, and no direct 'human' Customer Services phone call to talk over, is also not so great.

As I was ordering a made to measure waistcoat - the double breasted Buff wedding waistcoat - I asked for fabric samples in advance and these were sent quickly. Followed up with a phone call re measurements, as husband quite tall. All dealt with very efficiently. Received the waistcoat within 2 weeks - and has exceeded expectations, for the price, considering made to measure! Would definitely recommend!
