I note you are in discussion in regards to this with our customer services team, please do note that we have yet to receive the item back with us (we have received your proof of postage) hence there has been a delay with processing the replacement.

Normally, as soon as the return is received then the replacement is put in to production, but if the item is lost in the mail during the return process then we'd just use the proof of postage instead.
