I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes on 10th July 2026. They still have not arrived and their website says they are still getting ready to be shipped. They encourage you to track through Shop but it says it has no details of the order. North Footwear don’t respond to emails.

It is difficult and time consuming to report a fault. Then the first set of engineers sent to fix the problem, didn’t. The next engineer clearly knew what he was doing and fixed the problem and updated the landline sockets. Very happy with what he did. Need to streamline the reporting system and ensure all engineers know what they are doing.

We installed a Stannah Stairlift in my mother's house. It wasn't a straightforward installation as there is a midpoint exit out into a higher level garden. I was very impressed with Stannah from the first visit to the final installation. Everyone was very professional, efficient and had great customer service. I would thoroughly recommend them. They are expensive and this is the only negative but so far we are very glad we chose Stannah.

Pretty happy with my shoes. Not quite the colour I thought they would be but love the funky design. They are comfortable and the whole buying process and delivery went very smoothly. Its also a great project to support.

Needed a battery-operated radio for my bathroom. This works perfectly, great reception, very good sound quality and the ability to preset to favourite channels. I also like the Bluetooth connectivity so I can listen to aubible while having a long bath.
