Advertising stock they don't have

I recently thought I had purchased a pair of snowboard boots only to get an e mail a couple of days after they had taken the payment to say that they're out of stock.
The website continued to advertis the same product even though they knew they were out of stock.
The payment was returned to my bank account but I was very disappointed by the experience and will take my business elsewhere

Antwoord van Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports

Thanks for the feedback and apologies about the stock discrepancy. This has been an ongoing problem affecting a small percentage of orders throughout the late summer & autumn; we are taking steps to make sure that the issue will be resolved soon.
