I had a very good experience with Unicargo. I shipped goods from China to Poland by railway, and the shipment was created on January 6. By February 7, the goods had already arrived at the Amazon warehouse.

I especially liked the communication and support from the manager before creating the shipment. Everything was clear, professional, and easy to understand.

What I liked even more was the process after the shipment was created. The platform is very convenient: in the personal account I could track the full shipment journey, manage documents, and pay invoices easily.

The delivery was completed on time, and everything that depended on Unicargo was handled well. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service and would recommend them.

What really sets them apart isn't just the logistics itself, it's how they show up when things get hard. My account manager Fabian has been with me through several stressful situations that could have seriously derailed my business, and each time he went well beyond what you'd normally expect from a freight forwarder. There was one particularly difficult period where I was dealing with a serious payment infrastructure problem, and Fabian personally connected me with the right people to help me sort it out. That's not his job. He just did it because he cared.
That kind of thing is rare. Most service providers do their part and stop there. Unicargo, and Fabian specifically, treat you like your business actually matters to them.

We booked a FedEx shipment via Unicargo (through FedEx). WIthout giving any reason they cancelled the booking... it seems they realized they can charge more and decided to cancel instead of meeting their commitment.
