Reliable partner for 3.5 years, and great when it matters most
I've been using Unicargo for about 3.5 years now, since the very beginning of my Amazon business, and they've genuinely been one of the most reliable partners I've had throughout this journey.
What really sets them apart isn't just the logistics itself, it's how they show up when things get hard. My account manager Fabian has been with me through several stressful situations that could have seriously derailed my business, and each time he went well beyond what you'd normally expect from a freight forwarder. There was one particularly difficult period where I was dealing with a serious payment infrastructure problem, and Fabian personally connected me with the right people to help me sort it out. That's not his job. He just did it because he cared.
That kind of thing is rare. Most service providers do their part and stop there. Unicargo, and Fabian specifically, treat you like your business actually matters to them.
The core service is great too, competitive rates, smooth communication, and they handle complexity well. But honestly the reason I keep coming back is the human side of it. Highly recommend, especially for Amazon sellers who need a partner they can actually count on when it counts.
