Do not order anything from this company
I placed a one-time 90 day order, and shortly after receiving the 1st order, they charged me for a 2nd order. After contacting them, they offered increasing discounts, but I told them I didn't want the unauthorized order. I asked for a refund and they said it was against policy to give me one, so I contacted my credit card company and they gave me the money back and they will prevent any further charges from this company on my card. Fortunately, I receive notification every time my credit card gets charged, and this was handled a couple of days after the charge showed up, and not in 4 weeks, when my new statement arrives. They don't have a phone number to call, and communication is though email.

Ordered once to try out and have just been charged via my Visa card for another unauthorised order. They claim I have chosen a subscription which I didnt, and now they say they cant change it. What rubbish, they are just ripping off people who are trying to improve their health. Through my bank I will follow up with Visa for a refund. Dont deal with this company

SCAM ARTISTS AND THIEVES!
I am not sure how my husband ordered from this company, but they just keep sending him products! He may have ordered as a "subscription" but does not recall doing that. He emailed them requesting them to stop sending him anymore product. The did not respond or stop. Now we are being charged over $100 every 3 months. He has enough pills to last him a year. They have no phone number and will not answer emails. I have sent at least 4 to them with no response. I think a company with no phone number should be closed. So they are literally stealing money from us for a product he doesn't want and not responding to requests to cancel their snake noil medicine! Product doesn't work at all. If I have to I will get a new credit card to get rid of them! They have no morals and clearly are taking advantage of a lot of people. Read all the 1 star reviews who all have the same story.

I saw their product min Instagram and thought I would purchase it, however when I went to pay, Apple Pay declined to make the payment. This always makes me ultra cautious so I thought best not to and didn’t carry on with the transaction.
So the items were still sitting in the cart and I kept getting reminders to pay for the items. But I
Just ignored it.
20 minutes later, I get an email from this company informing me that the order has been completed and my items are being prepared to ship..
I spoke with CC company who told me this company represented the payment and put it thru. I have now spent all morning emailing them and they are not getting back to me.
Do not order from this company. They are scammers . Don’t believe the email below. They have sent the response to Trustpilot below, but the fact it I have already sent them 8 emails explaining what has happened and asking for a cancellation
Of order and a refund. . They simply refuse to do it and just keep saying the same thing as they say below. It’s just to make it look like they care and they are doing something but in reality they are just playing with you and fobbing you off.

Orgatics scammed me for several months charging my credit card without my permission. When I politely asked for a refund they refused. Stay far away from this company.
EDITED: TryOrgatics responded telling me to "contact support" as if I have not had multiple conversations with support in which they tried to scam me even further. What a joke. BUYER BEWARE these people are complete thieves. Once they get your credit card information they will just keep charging you whatever they want and you cannot stop them.

17 emails and still haven’t gotten a refund
Still haven’t gotten a refund. Here’s the latest email, #17 in our correspondences. I HAVE emailed them like Alina suggests, asking them to process my refund, and this is what I get:

Made what I thought was a one time purchase of 90 day supply of Oil of Oregano.Waited for the order to arrive on a slow boat from CHINA and nowhere on any of three packages was wtitten ORGATICS ! Started taking product immediately,and B4 two weeks was up they charged my CC for another 90 day order! Had to have CC deny charge! Who knows about efficacy, no 3rd party testing or verification.I DON'T TRUST PRODUCTS FROM CHINA, HOME OF COVID-19! They made a refund after bank had denied charge and numerous emails! At bank's suggestion had to cancel CC and get new one from bank! See their bullshit reply below,NEVER SIGNED UP FOR SUBSCRIPTION LIKE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE SAID!

I should have read more reviews on this company before I purchased anything. I read through some reviews and thought I was dealing with a reputabIe company. I made a one-time purchase for the product. The order came as expected. I decided that I wanted to try the product before ordering any more. I do not recall signing up for an on-going subscription. One month later and now I am being charged for another order. I replied to the order in the email. I also called the credit card company. I have to wait for the pending order to go through as a charge before the credit card company can do anything about it. That may be the only way to stop the unwanted orders and charges. A huge disappointment.

Unethical business
UPDATE: in good faith, I responded to “Alina” below only to have “Anne” write me again with a 40% discount. Online they claim to offer a 90 day refund or 2 month pouch back but it is all for show!! A gong show.
I purchased six packs of their Oregano and black seed oil. Shortly thereafter - like an hour or so later i read that the black seed oil could directly impact another medication i was on. I wrote the company and they said they would put the order on hold until i could chat with my physician.
I was grateful and arranged for a chat with my doctor who advised me against using this supplement. I wrote back immediately only to be told - so sorry, we cannot cancel orders, we just forgot to tell you. The shipment was supposedly on its way but i could return it for a refund.
Well i waited and the shipment arrived. I wrote them right away asking for a return address. Since then this person called Anne has been writing me asking me if i really want to return, do i want to wait, and finally that she could offer me a 30% cashback refund on my order that was around $130! For all their kindly talk and concerns about our health, they omit information, and then refuse to honour their word. It has been a deeply disappointing experience trying to support a small business that i thought had an ethical practice.

This is a scammer company. If you buy a bundle (what they call a subscription) you are going to get repeated charges on your credit card. I have emailed this company (which is the only way to reach them) to cancel this surprise shipment and charge to my credit card yesterday they totally disregard that you are asking to cancel and try to offer you an offer A or B selection which just more of their product.
Next I will cancel my credit card to get these leeches off of my money.. buyer beware!!! This company Tryorgatics is like a stuck tick you can’t get rid of it.
I never buy supplements as a subscription. I now have 3 packs of this junk and more on the way because they will not cancel this bundle/subscription. I originally bought a buy 2 get one free which I was charged $69.00 for. Yesterday my card was charged for 73.00 for an upcoming order that I never placed. They keep your credit card information and keep on charging it.
It’s a complete rip off!
