Love the dress, and the customer service is solid, too! When I realized I had a coupon code and forgot to use it, they were more than happy to process a refund for the discount amount. Really appreciate it!

De mon côté demande de remboursement de la robe payé 58 euros

Remboursement sur la base de 51 euros - 5€ de remise ( de chez pas quoi) - 6,99 de livraison de retour (payé déjà a l'aller) 39 euros de remboursement c'est un scandale très déçue de ce site

I ordered two dresses one of which was returned as it wasn’t the correct shade but still a gorgeous colour green!
I kept the other one ( Jade in colour) excellent quality but had changed my mind about the colour, I wasn’t able to return it as I’d unfortunately missed the return policy dead line. I do intend to order the same style dress in a different colour for my daughter’s wedding next year.

Absolutely disgraceful! I placed an order for a bridesmaid dress off of the website and paid for express delivery which was 3-5 working days. Received my order confirmation, however, when the dress had not been dispatched over 7 days later, I contacted customer services only to be informed that the dress that was advertised as available on their website and that I had paid for, was out of stock. All they could do for me was send me my refund in 3-5 working days. No manager available to discuss any other options available. Only told to email customer services. Thank you John.

I ordered a dress and it was too big, so ordered the next size down. Ever-Pretty was so helpful in allowing me to return the larger size.

ordered the£50 for 5 dresses and what a con. I'm a size 16,big boobs and middle aged. I was sent a strapless dress, one shoulder dress and dresses more suitable for a younger person. I can not return as that was part of the deal. I can't even fit my boobs in and thought I'd be sent more appropriate dresses. I was not sent one dress from the pictures advertising what you could get.

I ordered 2 dressed for a wedding. One arrived very quickly which fit nicely. The other dress was still processing when I decided not to attend the wedding. I contacted them to cancel the order, and they were very nice about cancelling the order and processing the refund in a timely manner. I will order from them again. I decided to keep the one dress for future weddings.

Ordered 5 dresses lucky bag .
Ordered size 14 . Not one of them fits . All are tiny .
My mum is a size 12 , she tried them all on and none fitted her either . I think they are 8-10s although all have size 14 on them . Can’t send the lucky bag dresses back so I have wasted 60 quid and got 5 dresses to try and sell ( 50 for dresses and 10 postage ) . Very disappointed.

Ordered a dress colour champagne but unfortunately it’s more a gold colour

Bought a lovely dress for £59.99, paid £7.99 in shipping and a couple of quid for delivery insurance. Dress came and was defective. Issue with the zip, wouldn’t zip and was sharp to touch at the bottom.

Merchant agreed return but then only refunded me £53, as they’ve taken a £6.99 return postage fee on a DEFECTIVE dress.

Lovely dresses but shoddy practices from an online / remote seller. Will not use again.

Ordered a MOB dress that wasn't quite me, completed the return and had refund within a week.

Beautiful dresses, shipped quickly and exchanges came quickly as well. I was a bit confused on my returns, but I haven't done a lot of them. Customer service chat on the site got me squared away and they were very helpful. Easy to order, customer service was really good.

Fabulous customer support, I’ve recently had to live chat with 2 agents Eloise and Mark. Eloise provided me with excellent support and when I was still struggling and reconnected back with live chat Mark helped me complete my task. Great way to attract customers come back.

The dresses do look pretty in the online photos, but the quality of material when received, is very disappointing.
The company will then make it very difficult to return dresses.
My return request was approved, I was able to print the return label and sent my unwanted dresses back. However, instead of the expected refund, I received the same dresses back 2 weeks later!
Based on this experience I would not recommend Ever Pretty to anyone!

I had 3 out of 4 dresses delivered which were good quality and absolutely stunning
However, trying to return them proved difficult initially until I spoke to Mark on the Live Chat Customer Service team who was very kind, friendly and helpful
Mark managed to rectify the issue quickly and without fuss too.
Mainly wanted to write a review to thank Mark for his top customer service and putting me at ease really quickly

J’ai commandé une robe pour ma fille le 15 juillet devait arriver sous huit jours, nous sommes le 31 et toujours rien. Sur le site suivi de commande la robe n’est toujours pas expédié. J’ai envoyé un mail avec soit disant réponse sous 24h et bien pas de nouvelle non plus. A fuir

It was a shame it didn’t fit, but customer service were very helpful!

Lovely dresses for my bridesmaids! Unfortunately, one of the dresses arrived damaged, got in contact with ever pretty and couldn't fault the customer service I received, Mark organised a new dress to be resent to me quickly and efficiently! Very appreciative!
Would definitely buy from here again!
