I believe Bohomoon is the best jewellery company in the UK. The pieces really beautiful, high quality and all tarnish free and waterproof (tried and tested, it’s true!) the shipping is always super speedy - sometimes even next day when you only pay standard! Also, they often go live on TikTok where they showcase pieces and have around 100 pieces all discounted. The only downside I could possibly think of is the full prices can often be a little too expensive, ie £32 for a ring. However, that said, when they do these flash sales on TikTok you can likely get that same ring for as low as £5! Overall, I recommend Bohomoon to everyone who compliments my jewelry and I now do not buy from anywhere else.

I’ve shopped at Bohomoon for a while and never had any issues until now. I purchased some evil eye bracelets last year, I have a friend who often compliments these so decided I would buy her the same bracelets for her upcoming birthday. Unfortunately when these arrived they were faulty and discoloured. I raised this with Bohomoon immediately after the order was delivered. The response I got was absolutely shocking, they have accused me of trying to return the bracelets that I ordered over a year ago which is incredibly insulting and unprofessional of them. I was a repeat customer but I will not be after this incident. Imagine accusing your customers of something like this? Completely unacceptable and upsetting for me.

I've got quite a few pieces from Bohomoon. I love that they're tarnish free and such great quality, I like to wear jewellery everyday and not take them off so it's perfect for me. Will always buy from Bohomoon 💕

I’ve been wearing their jewellery for a while now and I love them so much. The rings are sooo good and the quality is amazing. My hand chain broke and I was gutted and they saw my Instagram story and reached out to replace it. Made my day. Really good customer service and I will be carrying on wearing them bc I love. The jewellery is fantastic quality, doesn’t tarnish when in the pool or the shower, I’ve had ankle bracelets on since June and been abroad in the sun, in the pool and showered with them on and they still look brand new! Definitely be ordering again!

The jewelry is nice but I had no idea if was shipping from Britain and there would be a $40 duty to receive. It's absolutely not worth that as I can purchase locally. It's nice but not that special.

Very poor quality such a cheap material worth it to spend a bit more, so you get jewellery that it actually last more than a couple of months

I have done many Bohomoon orders and love all there products, and on the rare occasion I have had an issue, such as a faulty product for example, their customer service is great and they go above and beyond to satisfy and support you

Very pretty jewelry, BUT if the size doesn't fit, you have to pay customs duties and other fees to return the item AND pay the same fees if you want to exchange it. For a piece of jewelry that cost $12, I ended up paying $41.

I have a serious obsession with this brand!! I’ve bought far too many much and can’t stop lol, every piece is top quality and if I’ve had any issue it gets sorted in quick time by the great customer service. I adore the fact I can was my hands without taking off my rings, and got to wear my jewellery in the pool on holiday with no problems with tarnishing at all.

I bought a date script choker and have worn it every day since it arrived, it’s fab. Also, it can be worn at all sorts of lengths not just as a choker, so is perfect for layering with other necklaces and pendants and goes with all sorts of clothing necklines. I’ve received lots of compliments on it too and it was great to be able to get it in 1984 as a lot of dated things now are only made for 90s onwards.

I purchased a ring from bohomoon in December. By March a jewel had come out i emailed the company not expecting them to be able to do anything- however they sent a replacement out free of charge and with no postage costs. Could not be happier with the customer service I received. Thank you Bohomoon!

The quality is great, and the choice is super varied. I really love this brand but my main gripe is that their random selection packs normally come with the three most simple pieces (plain hoop earrings) which is disappointing because its dishonest. It's way more affordable for a student to get these packs but I'd love if it was actually random. I've ordered 2-3 of these and always get plain studs or hoops
