I ordered some medical supplies and was told 3 - 5 business days. The company used AfterShip (with USPS the supposed carrier). The information supplied by AfterShip was totally useless. The 'tracking' rarely, at best, updates. The delivery date is totally out of whack. For example, delivery is 10/18 and is out for delivery yet the minimal tracking info available states that it is in Indiana awaiting pickup. It also does not send any updates to email although they state they will. Anyone who uses this service is wasting a lot of time and money and creating customer dissatisfaction. If 0 stars was a rating, then I would be kind and rate them 0 stars.

This is a complete scam. And the reviews which rate it above 1 star are also fraudulent! They wrote my package had been delivered to my front door when UPS had not even opened a tracking number for the actual package yet. And it is IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE OR FIND ANY ANSWERS ONLINE. Do not choose to use it if offered by an online vendor. RUN AWAY!!

Installed this to handle shipping updates for our shop, but the notifications are completely broken. It notified multiple buyers that their packages were arriving today when USPS hadn't even processed them out of state yet. Customer service is just an endless automated loop with no actual people to help fix it. Not worth the headache.

This company is only worried about selling, not properly updating your package delivery. You will receive an initial email and it appears that your Package was delivered today at 9.32am on your front doorstep. BEWARE: this message is an advertisement!

Also, keep that initial email because it's the only email you'll receive. To see progress of your package, the TRACK button in that one and only email is where you will check. No email when package is delivered.

My package was to be delivered almost a month ago; it is still saying it is out for delivery, and that was 3 days ago. This company is a scam for sure, and I believe they are working with some of these overseas companies. I probably will never get my package. There probably isn't a package to begin with. I ordered a dress from a store called modeldressesy. I know more order it and the name of the store changes and now I can't find where my dress it. Nobody replies to emails and Aftership has a bogus email and phone number. I am pretty sure I got scammed. Don't fall for this company.
UPDATE.. they said they delivered to the gate.. I don't have a gate. So all that time wasted, waiting for a wedding dress. Don't fall for it.

AfterShip sends email my package will be delivered today and it is 2 states away from me according to tracking number. Away i did not get my package. This is not the 1st time i have dealt with AfterShip and they Are Not Reliable.

Aftership was the tracking for Moantmila. We ordered my husband some shirts and I received an email that my package was on its way, almost 30 days from my order date. After many checks for status, all it said was on its way until the 28th and they said it was delivered to my mailbox. Well it was NOT. I contacted Moantmila and they offered me a refund after deducting $15 shipping because the logistics denied the claim it was lost. I only paid $9.90 for shipping and also a $3 shipping protection. What a joke. Just wanted everyone to know that this is not a reliable shipping contact. HDSExpress was supposed to be the delivery carrier. I think they are all in together in this scam.

Am Sonntag bei eBay Bestellung abgegeben. Am Montag Morgen die Meldung " IN ZUSTELLUNG". 18 Uhr Meldung "ZUGESTELLT" Ich habe den ganzen Tag gewartet und habe nichts erhalten. Weder hat hier jemand geklingelt oder eine Nachricht hinterlassen.Auf alle meine Anfragen bekam ich immer nur zur Antwort. Zugestellt VDTrack 17UHR 57. Bei der Anzeige bei der Polizei sagte man mir, das ist sinnlos.Hier ist dem Betrug Tür und Tor geöffnet. Die Polizei ist meiner Ansicht nach hilflos!!

I contacted AfterShip support for help with tracking my recent orders. Instead of providing actual assistance, the agent "Rahul" ignored my questions entirely and repeatedly sent links to a $1.00 membership pricing page.
It is clear this app has moved to a predatory model where they hold your tracking information hostage. When I didn't immediately pay for the subscription to see my own data, they blocked me from the chat entirely.
This is a scam masquerading as a tracking service. They intentionally hide information and block support access to force in-app purchases. Absolute 0/10 experience.

They literally committed fraud and a scam. They provided me with a trial service, and once I was happy with the trial, I went into the paid subscription. However, in the past, I did not receive the same features even when they told me it was the same, and canceled my subscription. Be aware that their selling tactics are dishonest

Det kommer en uppdatering per dygn, typ ”package on its way to center”, nästa dygn ”packade sorted”, tredje dygnet ”package on its way to consolidation center”. Det står att paketet ska komma fram mellan IDAG och om en vecka. Vet de inte det?

Det står inte ens i vilket land paketet finns eller har behandlats. De skulle lika gärna kunna skriva ”paketet är nog på väg och befinner sig just nu antagligen någonstans”. Sämst i världen?

This company is a scam. I signed up for a "free trial", uploaded a spreadsheet of tracking numbers, it failed to do the one thing I needed it to do (tell me if they were delivered), cancelled the account within 30 min of opening it. And then: I see a 555$ charge from them come through on my Amex Card.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC NUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I've had a parcel not delivered for 26 days and without updates for the majority of the time. There is no real way to talk to anyone to sort it out

It’s crazy the amount of hate on a shipping carriers for any carriers website/app there not the carrier your package is shipping through it’s an app that helps track your package lmao but easy site to use can do any package tracking number and carrier and pretty quick on updating each time get a update from the carriers i love it

Worthless. Customer support was aweful. Got the same automated response for multiple questions asking for assistance with our package.
Would give it a zero if possible.

Shocking service, no way of contacting them, emails do not work.
DO NOT USE!!!

Aftership doesn't double their Delivery details before updating delivery informations. That's why customers delivery never arrives.
