The best oem and aftermarket parts retailer especially when some things are tough to come by. I've made a few purchases and always receive a swift service. i have done 5 orders with every single one having issues, from wanting to charge me more money, to incorrect fitment then blaming me and leaving me with $400 tie rod ends that don't work, and now again due to them showing incorrect stock, refunding me with a fee?? for their mistake.... would not recommend!

The website is easy to navigate and the selection of Japanese tuner brands available is fantastic. I ordered a Blitz exhaust for my Suzuki Alto Works (and some spark plugs) and the parts were shipped quickly, and the shipping cost was cheaper than other websites. What I didn't know is that you can also bid on Yahoo Auctions with them, consolidate all the parts, and send in a single shipment. Amazing. I will definitely be using RHDJapan again soon!

Until recently RHDJapan was my go to for JDM car parts. I have been ordering from them for years. After the most recent experience I will be very hesitant to order from them again .

I ordered front and rear brake rotors for my evo, pretty expensive ones too, break lines and wheel spacers.

First I got a message that the front rotors will be available in 2027....I can substitute them, but I can't change the rear ones (I want a matching set front and rear), I tried asking customer service, no reply. Ok, so I can wait until 2027, but also there is a price change on the wheel spacers..so I have to pay that, ok...extra transfer charge from my bank and from rhdjpn, it's fine.

After a few days, another price change, this time for rear rotors and break lines...more extra charges

I understand they don't stock anything and are just a reseller but this is too much.

I think I am either done or not paying anything until they 100% confirm availability and price, which might be very tedious with their customer service.

Edit #1: They asked for another price increase, 3rd in a row now, If they don't refund me the bank fees I am done with this eshop

Edit #2: After many messages, they confirmed an issue on their side and refunded me the increase on three parts, however as a store credit...so I will have to make one more purchase, changing to 2*, it is somehow resolved but very unpleasant experience

RHDjapan are good because they keep you updated with parts that need to be made to order, and the timeframes they give are generally accurate or the parts come earlier.
They also pack their orders very well and the communication is great with replies within 24 hours.

I order absolutely everything I can from RHD Japan! In the past six months I’ve ordered almost 20k in parts from numerous suppliers all over the world, RHD Japan is the only company I’ve never had an issue with. If they say they have it in stock, they do. If they don’t have it and give an estimate of when it will ship they meet or exceed the deadline every single time. Customer service is amazing, I really can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

I had ordered a Fujitsubo exhaust for my DC5, but when the package arrived I found a dented resonator on the exhaust system. I sent the pictures to the customer service team at RHDJapan and they took care of the rest. I was issued a replacement for the damaged section with no issues. RHDJapan took care of everything, and I am grateful for that seeing how overseas warranties can get messy with other companies. I will continue to shop with them!

My go to site when Buyee and other sites won't allow me to bid on auctions. Delivery was fast as well depending on what shipping courier you choose.
