Poor communication from solicitor dealing with our case,when contacted they were always just about to ring us or send out a letter.

From the reception staff to the solicitor I saw were all friendly and helpful. Louise Davis was the solicitor I saw. And she made me feel at ease straight away.

The conveyancing team assigned to my sale were very attentive and kept me updated and informed throughout, which gave me lots of confidence in their abilities.
