We remortgage with NatWest. It wasn’t straight forward it was transfer of equity with additional borrowing. I must admit we was really impressed with the speed in which ONP dealt with our matter. The process was 22 days from application to completion, our case handler Parvez khan was speedy and efficient. ONP sent everything electronically, so we could print and send back the same day special delivery. Remember they can only work as fast as the client, so quick answers, quick action when something is requested results in very fast delivery of the product. We are now completely complete and couldn’t be happier. Thank you for everyone involved. I must add even when our handler was of, cover picked up and progress the case, nothing was left a day without attention and things needed sorted. Top firm, highly recommend. This was my first time buying my own house and to be honest I was really dreading it as I know from other people that the process can be very daunting.

I was surprised how easy ONP have made the process with there fantastic app that keeps you constantly updated with what’s going on , friendly and knowledgeable staff when I’ve needed to call them.

Total shambles. Ive had a remortgage case open from 28th May to 4th September, and its still not closed.
In my experience, a checklist is prepared at outset to list documents required, and questions/answers required. However, 'MY' case manager would appear to have not done this basic point, hence every submitted document leads to another, every question leads to another (or asked again). I even appear to have two/2 cases? And it appears a case is reviewed once a week (not when case manager on holiday). Cant complain to mortgage co, because I am ONP's customer. Bank and ONP appear to be contradicting each other on who is requiring the info! Can you ask for assignment?- No. Do you get a call back?-No. Cant complain to them, as you have to go via case manager? Is writing a nasty review really a nice thing to do? - No.
Not once have they returned my call. Good luck for when things go wrong.

They are very helpful and guide you from start to finish. Highly recommend them👍👍👍
